Had a leak for about a week which damaged my walls, had called out few plumbers but could not sort out the leak and the main cause of it. After I was recommended by a friend JA plumbing the plumber came and within 10minutes he established where the leak was and straight away he started on the work. Not only he fixed the issue also recommended me to change the piping which was probably so old which I got him to carry out. It’s been a month now no leak what so ever, I am relieved to have had this plumber from JA plumbing and would recommend him to anyone. reliable guy and very thoughtful and respectful of my property, he cleaned up everything and left the place looking like it’s never been worked on. Price for the work was spot on as in my past experience I had plumbers trying to rip me off. Highly recommended plumber in town.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Honestly some of the best tradespeople we've ever worked with. Don't use anyone else for your plumbing. Dave was great to deal with in terms of sorting what was needed for the job. His colleague Josh came and did the work: dual fuel adaptor fitting for towel rad, removal of old rad, installing new cast iron rad, sorting waste pipe for kitchen sink through external wall. Josh was fantastic! Really polite, super knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and most importantly the work looks super neat & tidy. A breath of fresh air to get such diligent work done. Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.
