Dev Solutions recently fitted a heat pump system is my property. All admin work and advice was superb. The installation was mess free and discussed and finalised with approval. The heat pump makes no noise and will save on my energy bills. The team are professional and reliable. Dev is excellent and has great knowledge in this area. I would highly recommend them.

Installation of new Boiler Back in Dec 2023 our heater decided it did not want to work any more, so we had to get a new one. I found Dev as one of the companies recommended by the boiler company, there were other companies as well recommend but I wanted to go along with the company that had very good and genuine reviews in google. Sure enough it was an excellent choice. They came in installed the boiler and gave some good advises about it. It was a smooth process. Thank you Dev and team!

Very easy communication with Dev. He managed to quickly sort out the issue with our undefloor heating on top of finally fixing the underfloor heating of our ensuite which the developers themselves failed to figure out when we got the property 2 years ago! He’s also kind enough to reply to follow up questions post service. Will for sure call on his services again for any heating issues we encounter in the future.

Brilliant service. Mas was able to come in on a last minute notice and fix the broken water pipe to the boiler. Our boiler was not accessible because of poor cupboard design. He patiently cut through the wooden board to make the boiler accessible and fix the problem. Also did all the other mandatory checks and showed some of the poor installation our previous plumber did. Thank you. We need more of this kind of businesses in the neighborhood.

Pro Speedy Company are absolutely fantastic. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful they are. Jamil came very fast to my home. I showed him my leaking kitchen sink and true to his company name, he speedily repaired my leak and pointed out suggestions to prevent the problem reoccurring. We had a leak in our boiler after hours and Jamil from Pro Speedy Plumbers was over very quickly after we contacted them. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it and gave good advice on how to monitor it. He was very professional and tidy and left our place as he found it and put everything back in its place. Great service. They were initial subcontracted as part of a building project to move a boiler, but I actually got them to re do the whole heating and hot water system! And then got them back this week to put in a new shower unit above the bath. So would 100% recommend to others. Straight talking, hard working, high quality professionals - so probably not the cheapest you can find but definitely competitive pricing.

Vincent from ProTec Heating has completed a number of projects for us over the years. His attention to detail is second to none and although I’m very particular, he always manages to exceed what I have thought of or envisaged. His manner and professionalism is always foremost and cost-wise he’s middle to upper middle, but the quality of the installation and the knowledge from the outset I know is certainly worth not taking the risk just to save £50 here or there with other quotes I’ve had in the past. Vincent is always within a ball park of other quotes, but delivers on time, every time and within anticipated budget. I will always recommend him and his team to all that will listen. I was told by an engineer from another heating company that my boiler needed to be replaced. I went online to get quotes for boilers. ProTec contacted me and agreed to come to my house to have a look at the boiler and to get an idea of what was needed as a replacement. Vincent arrived on time and we briefly discussed my options and he asked if he could have a look at boiler. Having had a cursory look, he told me that as far as he could see, there was nothing wrong with my boiler. He did say he would have to do a proper service to confirm this. He did this a few days later. It was a thorough service as he checked everything. It took about 30 minutes. The engineers I had used previously had taken a maximum of 10 minutes to do their service! Vincent was professional and extremely honest. He saved me paying out for a new boiler when I do not need one for now. I strongly recommend ProTec Heating. I came across Adam and flush plumbing & heating via Valiant as we needed to get a new boiler due to our ideal boiler one down. Adam was able to quote over email with photos of the existing boiler and set up and his price was the best of all the quotes I received. Research into the positive reviews made me decide to go with Adam and I am glad I did. He arrived when he said he would and removed the old boiler and installed our new Valiant boiler within the day which was one of the coldest days of the winter. He also balanced our radiators and now the whole house heats evenly. I would recommend Adam for any boiler work you need done and will contact him again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

I required a boiler and radiators installation which is not a small job. FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. Had a whole new system installed, new boiler, new radiators and a reworking of most of the pipework as also wanted the boiler moved to a more convenient place. Matthew and his team worked tirelessly and figured out all the complications with upgrading my decades old system. I now have a much better water flow and toasty home ready for the winter. Completed quickly and efficiently and very friendly and professional guy, did a lot of prep work with me before it started and I would highly recommend him for your project or repair.

After two British Gas engineers had failed to diagnose the problem that was causing my boiler to fail to start, I contacted Mathew at Master Plumbing Service following a personal recommendation. He fitted me in within a couple of days and immediately diagnosed the problem (a failing pump). Mathew was very obviously an experienced and very well trained CH engineer and I will certainly use him again for both routine services and any problems that may occur.

The plumber, Matthew, came at relatively short notice due to my narrow time limit for the work; he worked at a fast, efficient pace; his manner was pleasant; he completed the job I had asked him to do and gave me the option of booking him for further improvements if desired; he only requested payment on completion of the job after he had he accommodated my request for receipt paperwork; he checked that all systems were in working order before he left.
