Excellent Service and Price!! Peter was amazing! From the fact that when you call he asks lots of questions about your boiler and make sure he comes prepared with the replacements if needed, so everything can be done in one go during the boiler service. I had first called another provider (boiler boys - don’t use them!!) that quoted me £680 for the repair and servicing of my boiler! When I called Peter he immediately helped me and for £130 he did the service and repaired everything that was needed. He also made sure he explained everything he was doing and what could be wrong. His attention to detail and knowledge is excellent!! I couldn’t recommend him more and will certainly use him from now on anything boiler related!

Peter is friendly, conscientious, and professional. He is Vaillant registered so that you qualify for the full ten year Vaillant warranty on boiler installations, taking care of all the paperwork and registration, and he's gas safe registered too. He replaced our old leaking boiler, performing a powerflush first, and endeavoured to minimise any effects on neighbouring fitted furniture. He clearly did a thorough job, checking all the radiators and valves and adding rust inhibitor and explained the new functionality and the most common error codes that are encountered and how to resolve them. I'd recommend him.

Great service. They were initial subcontracted as part of a building project to move a boiler, but I actually got them to re do the whole heating and hot water system! And then got them back this week to put in a new shower unit above the bath. So would 100% recommend to others. Straight talking, hard working, high quality professionals - so probably not the cheapest you can find but definitely competitive pricing.

Brilliant service. Mas was able to come in on a last minute notice and fix the broken water pipe to the boiler. Our boiler was not accessible because of poor cupboard design. He patiently cut through the wooden board to make the boiler accessible and fix the problem. Also did all the other mandatory checks and showed some of the poor installation our previous plumber did. Thank you. We need more of this kind of businesses in the neighborhood.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I called yesterday. Spoke with Baki, and told him that our radiators weren't working. He came over within the hour to have a look. Tinkered with our boiler, gave us a diagnosis. This (freezing cold) morning I woke up turned on the heating and we have working radiators. Baki also mentioned that we *need* to flush out our system which we call him to do in the new year. Very professional and very good service. FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. Pro Speedy Company are absolutely fantastic. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful they are. Jamil came very fast to my home. I showed him my leaking kitchen sink and true to his company name, he speedily repaired my leak and pointed out suggestions to prevent the problem reoccurring. We had a leak in our boiler after hours and Jamil from Pro Speedy Plumbers was over very quickly after we contacted them. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it and gave good advice on how to monitor it. He was very professional and tidy and left our place as he found it and put everything back in its place. After two British Gas engineers had failed to diagnose the problem that was causing my boiler to fail to start, I contacted Mathew at Master Plumbing Service following a personal recommendation. He fitted me in within a couple of days and immediately diagnosed the problem (a failing pump). Mathew was very obviously an experienced and very well trained CH engineer and I will certainly use him again for both routine services and any problems that may occur.

We called Matt out for an emergency as a hot water pipe joint had popped off and flooded our hallway and kitchen. He was with us quickly, and was calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He quickly identified the issue with minimal additional damage to the property and had us back up and running in 90 minutes. He was exactly what we needed in that moment, and provided a full report early the next day that helped with our insurers. Massive 5 stars.

The plumber, Matthew, came at relatively short notice due to my narrow time limit for the work; he worked at a fast, efficient pace; his manner was pleasant; he completed the job I had asked him to do and gave me the option of booking him for further improvements if desired; he only requested payment on completion of the job after he had he accommodated my request for receipt paperwork; he checked that all systems were in working order before he left.
