Very professional and knowledgable. Also really reassuring in answering all my questions. I felt very secure that the poison had been applied safely (I have a baby and a toddler), and Dean was very polite and mindful of the baby while he was working! I spoke to Gerry (The Wasp Man) from Total Pest Control about the wasp nest in our conservatory and he was there within the hour to deal with it. He was extremely professional, explained all about the procedure before doing a thorough examination to see the extent of the infestation. He then carried out the work efficiently and I’m happy to say the wasps are gone! Gerry was friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable I’m very happy to recommend him 😊

One evening, I noticed a few wasps inside my bathroom but wasn’t sure where they were coming from. I contacted Gerry late at night, and by 8am the next morning, he had already been in touch and arranged to visit the same day. Gerry quickly identified the location of the nest, which was on my roof, and treated it effectively. A week later, I thought I could still see a few wasps around the garden near the roof. No one else in my household could spot them, but because I was so concerned, Gerry kindly came back the same day to repeat spraying. Fantastic service-thank you for your help!

Great job by a professional. I called Gerry and he asked for video to help see where the wasps were going in and out of the nest hidden in a tree stump in the garden. He was in the area and made it to mine within an hour . He treated the nest and the wasps were cleared within another hour!

After having a poor experience with another pest control company, these guys were fantastic. These guys know their stuff and were extremely thorough. Plus their prices are far more competitive than others. He filled all the holes and even placed a tracking powder to see where the mice go so he could fill those holes! Top marks!

Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises.
