Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Malik answered the phone at 8pm (!) and came the next morning at 11am to investigate a mouse issue at our flat. He carried out a very thorough survey inside and out on the balcony and was able to deduce that the source of the mice was elsewhere, and pinpoint exactly where the little horrors were coming in behind the sink. Treatment with poison was comprehensive. I appreciate the fact that a follow-up visit in a months' time is included in the price. In addition to being speedy, careful and thorough, Malik is lovely and friendly and answered all of my many, many questions! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
