Oscar was a true star. He eliminated the problem quickly and returned week after week to absolutely ensure there were no more pests. This was a really thorough and reliable job and we feel Oscar has gone above and beyond. Obviously an expert in his field and highly professional, we have no hesitation in highly recommending OG pest control.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Malik answered the phone at 8pm (!) and came the next morning at 11am to investigate a mouse issue at our flat. He carried out a very thorough survey inside and out on the balcony and was able to deduce that the source of the mice was elsewhere, and pinpoint exactly where the little horrors were coming in behind the sink. Treatment with poison was comprehensive. I appreciate the fact that a follow-up visit in a months' time is included in the price. In addition to being speedy, careful and thorough, Malik is lovely and friendly and answered all of my many, many questions! Highly recommended.

Enzo is a real professional. From the moment he arrived at our flat, we were totally reassured that the situation (a rat!) would be dealt with thoroughly. Enzo is methodical and meticulous; he carefully assessed our flat, filled any holes and laid out deterrents. He explained each step on the way and was ready to answer any question. We were lucky that our landlord covered the expense, however Enzo itemised how he'd charge for the job and his fee was very competitive. I'd highly recommend Enzo's services.

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

Gabriel responded to my initial email and was out treating my property within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his work and there were no further sighting after his initial visit.
