EXCELLENT - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was hearing mice scratching around. Stephen visited and very carefully looked for all entry points. He also checked for mouse droppings and evidence. He placed mouse poison strategically outside the house. The following week, Daniel visited and checked how much they had consumed. He re-checked for entry points and added some more bait. He also spotted a developing issue of flies in one of the drains. Both worked very thoroughly and explained the situation and our options. They did not rush and took their time to effectively deal with the issues. They are professional and do an extremely good job at a reasonable price. Many thanks!

We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

Sani is great. He is reliable and honest person and great professional. His price is absolutely affordable. His time keeping is exceptional. I found him on Google, read his reviews and he did not disappoint. We had roof rat issues and he fixed it promptly. We had not heard about the rats ever since.

The service Gabriel offers is second to none in my opinion. He is thorough in his work, polite, respectful and also proactive in his communications. He also came back to the property voluntarily on multiple occasions to check on both his work and previous suppliers' work within and around the property over an extended period of time without costs increasing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gabriel, he's been fantastic.

Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

Gabriel is a thorough professional in his trade. He promptly arrived within 24hrs of reaching out to him for a mouse sighting. He resolved the problem and visited after two weeks for a follow up. We did not note any issues post the first visit. Overall, I am very happy with the service and will recommend anyone to engage with them.

Gabriel responded to my initial email and was out treating my property within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his work and there were no further sighting after his initial visit. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. I called Alex after our first spray for bed bugs on 15 October from our housing association. We still had live bed bugs, Alex came on 25 October and sprayed our entire flat. He is professional, affordable and a genuine person. He gave us excellent advice in terms of buying new furniture and re-decorating our flat. If you have any pest lurking around...London Pest Solutions is the best company to call. I lived in a poorly maintained rental accommodation where the landlord was extremely unhelpful and due to his poorly structured property I had two pest issues. My landlord provided me the number for London Pest Solutions as I had two rats in the property. This of course is distressing and at the time I did not think there was anyway I would get rid of them and if I did it would take a long time as when I was a child we had this issue and used a well known company that could not get rid of them quickly. I first met Alex when he came to take a look and literally within a week we didn't have the problem. I then incurred a second issue which was cockroaches which then breeder really quickly and were everywhere. Alex attended again and within a few days they all disappeared. I then recommended his services to family and friends and my mum used his services for red ants. I have now moved and kept his number and this morning I found drain moth larvae and as I did not know what it was I called Alex in the morning sent him the picture and he said he could be with me within a couple of hours. Alex is always professional and me being so frightened of any pests I will only ever rely on his services because he has always managed to get the job done and quickly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone experiencing this issue as it is the most distressing thing to have in your home and thanks to Alex i feel at ease as I have had the experience of his services before. He always prices reasonably and is the most polite person to come into your home. Will always use his services!

Mohammed came to my flat at very short notice to deal with a mice problem we had. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing, putting my mind at ease. A really professional and thorough service and we have had no sightings since! Would highly recommend to anyone needing pest control services.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I've had a lot of work carried out at my home by various companies. Some failed to deliver to the standard they promised which I find unacceptable and refuse to accept. I'm pleased to say Beaver Pest Control excelled. I rate them very highly.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. I have used these incredible guys twice now. Once at an older property where we went through 4 pest controls with rats, all put down bait and sticky traps and nothing happened, I was heavily pregnant and so upset as I kept seeing rats and it seemed these companies didn’t care and just kept charging me for doing nothing. Tony and his lovely son came and was the first company who looked at WHERE they were coming in, there and then they spent time investigating, found the entry and exit points and resolved the problem. Fast forward to today, moved into a new lovely home and woke up with a fruit bowl eaten and blood everywhere.. rats again. So wasted no time in calling Tony and he was with me within 45 minutes, found the problem and resolved it.. was in all the holes, unscrewing cabinets and found entry and exit point… these guys are real life heroes! Couldn’t recommend enough
