Mohammed came to my flat at very short notice to deal with a mice problem we had. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing, putting my mind at ease. A really professional and thorough service and we have had no sightings since! Would highly recommend to anyone needing pest control services.

Mohammed came promptly on time, was very polite and understanding. He was respectful and used gloves while working. Mohammed is a hardworking professional, checking places I could not have even thought of! He explained the behaviour of mice, which was very helpful and I saw positive results after the first visit.

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. Sani came a month ago to sort out a problem with mice in my first floor flat. He did a thorough examination of areas where a mouse could gain entry and explained what he was going to do in a very reassuring way. He laid bait under 2 cupboards in the kitchen and blocked up a couple of small holes, with specially treated material, in the living room and bedroom. I have had no problems since, but he came back today to double-check that all was still well. I found him reliable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. Hired the company because a mice showed up at the apartment first time ever! service was great, mice never returned. They came back 2 weeks after to do a second inspection and all was fine. Also 3 month guarantee which is great. Also price is good compare to other companies. 5 starts.
