Sani came a month ago to sort out a problem with mice in my first floor flat. He did a thorough examination of areas where a mouse could gain entry and explained what he was going to do in a very reassuring way. He laid bait under 2 cupboards in the kitchen and blocked up a couple of small holes, with specially treated material, in the living room and bedroom. I have had no problems since, but he came back today to double-check that all was still well. I found him reliable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Lewis was great and very helpful. We had a leak from our bathroom and were convinced we had a rat or squirrel issue. He was able to quickly identify the issue and recommended a drain survey and didn’t charge us. We will need to use Lewis once the work from the drain survey has been completed and we will definitely be using Lewis for the rest of the work!

Oscar came to help us with a pest problem in the mid-autumn and proceeded to come back every week until the start of spring until it was fully dealt with, showing great diligence and care as he did so. He was very nice to deal with and he was clearly working hard for us and a number of clients. Can’t recommend him enough.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. The service Gabriel offers is second to none in my opinion. He is thorough in his work, polite, respectful and also proactive in his communications. He also came back to the property voluntarily on multiple occasions to check on both his work and previous suppliers' work within and around the property over an extended period of time without costs increasing. Gabriel is a thorough professional in his trade. He promptly arrived within 24hrs of reaching out to him for a mouse sighting. He resolved the problem and visited after two weeks for a follow up. I’d highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with pests in their home. We’ve had them handle mice, roaches and bedbugs in our flat and each time they’ve eradicated the problems quickly and efficiently. They are really quick to respond when contacted and came as soon as it suited us. Gabriel is very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly and has checked up on us to see if the problems have persisted after treatments. I hope I don’t have to deal with more pests in the future but if I do, I’ll be calling Bon Accord.

The team did a really great job especially managing to get rid of a squeeling rat and putting in place extensive measures to deal with others. They were so well informed and worked with care an attention and although I thought their initial quote was expensive they were so proffesional and diligent - even braving the loft ( no boarding) to block areas where squirells were getting in get in. Great job by a professional. I called Gerry and he asked for video to help see where the wasps were going in and out of the nest hidden in a tree stump in the garden. He was in the area and made it to mine within an hour . He treated the nest and the wasps were cleared within another hour!

I spoke to Gerry (The Wasp Man) from Total Pest Control about the wasp nest in our conservatory and he was there within the hour to deal with it. He was extremely professional, explained all about the procedure before doing a thorough examination to see the extent of the infestation.
