Mohammed came to my flat at very short notice to deal with a mice problem we had. He was extremely thorough and explained what he was doing, putting my mind at ease. A really professional and thorough service and we have had no sightings since! Would highly recommend to anyone needing pest control services.

Mohammed came promptly on time, was very polite and understanding. He was respectful and used gloves while working. Mohammed is a hardworking professional, checking places I could not have even thought of! He explained the behaviour of mice, which was very helpful and I saw positive results after the first visit.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Lewis was great and very helpful. We had a leak from our bathroom and were convinced we had a rat or squirrel issue. He was able to quickly identify the issue and recommended a drain survey and didn’t charge us. We will need to use Lewis once the work from the drain survey has been completed and we will definitely be using Lewis for the rest of the work!

Had multiple pest control companies turn up to try and deal with rats and failed in multiple ways, resulting in lots of damage by the rats due to the delay. These guys turned up with dogs which sniffed out and killed 2 enormous rats with no fuss, unlike the rubbish humans from the other companies. Was also reasonably priced and was able to come out same day. Amazing company, should have tried these guys straight away, dogs are awesome.

The team provided an excellent falconry service to deter nuisance birds from our property. They were highly knowledgeable and ensured that the process was humane and effective. The results were remarkable, as the area is now completely free from birds. I commend their dedication to both efficiency and ethical practices.

Oscar came to help us with a pest problem in the mid-autumn and proceeded to come back every week until the start of spring until it was fully dealt with, showing great diligence and care as he did so. Sani came a month ago to sort out a problem with mice in my first floor flat. He did a thorough examination of areas where a mouse could gain entry and explained what he was going to do in a very reassuring way. He laid bait under 2 cupboards in the kitchen and blocked up a couple of small holes, with specially treated material, in the living room and bedroom.
