Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

Gabriel is a thorough professional in his trade. He promptly arrived within 24hrs of reaching out to him for a mouse sighting. He resolved the problem and visited after two weeks for a follow up. We did not note any issues post the first visit. Overall, I am very happy with the service and will recommend anyone to engage with them.

Gabriel was absolutely amazing from the start to finish of his service. My sister and I were extremely distressed when we noticed mouse droppings throughout our rented flat after some time away, and after contacting Bon Accord, we had an appointment with Gabriel as soon as suited us. He detected the issues and set about resolving them with swift efficiency, enabling two mice to be caught in the next few days. He also noted other issues in the flat which he compiled into a report which was very valuable in showing my landlords. Further, Gabriel provided a follow-up visit and has been so helpful at answering our queries since the initial visit. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Bon Accord more and was extremely impressed with their professional and pleasant service!

The service Gabriel offers is second to none in my opinion. He is thorough in his work, polite, respectful and also proactive in his communications. He also came back to the property voluntarily on multiple occasions to check on both his work and previous suppliers' work within and around the property over an extended period of time without costs increasing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gabriel, he's been fantastic.

We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. Imagine my horror when I found mouse droppings in my kitchen. I am so glad I used Indigo as they are wonderful. This simply super young man called Luke visited. He knew exactly what to do, laid poison and three visits later the mice have gone. He was able to work out where they were coming in and blocked up their entrance. Luke was fantastic and his mother should be very proud of him. A lovely person and in my eyes his employer should be glad to have him representing his company. I can not recommend this company more highly.

I discovered a wasp nest on Friday evening, contacted Indigo at the weekend - received a prompt reply and by Tuesday afternoon (my choice of slot) everything had been sorted. The technician was on time, polite, friendly, informative and extremely efficient. He made sure that we (and our cat) were safe and left the site tidier than it was when he arrived. Extremely impressed and will definitely use Indigo again.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved.
