I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. There is not a better service than Mark. He was fantastic from start to finish and very thorough. He was able to make adjustments in terms of timings for me. On a Saturday morning I found a dead fox in my garden. I searched online and found a good quote on Bover's PVDC website. I left a message through their website. I have used these incredible guys twice now. Once at an older property where we went through 4 pest controls with rats, all put down bait and sticky traps and nothing happened, I was heavily pregnant and so upset as I kept seeing rats and it seemed these companies didn’t care and just kept charging me for doing nothing. Tony and his lovely son came and was the first company who looked at WHERE they were coming in, there and then they spent time investigating, found the entry and exit points and resolved the problem. Fast forward to today, moved into a new lovely home and woke up with a fruit bowl eaten and blood everywhere.. rats again. So wasted no time in calling Tony and he was with me within 45 minutes, found the problem and resolved it.. was in all the holes, unscrewing cabinets and found entry and exit point… these guys are real life heroes! Couldn’t recommend enough

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved.
