We initially called Gary regarding a guttering issue; spare of the moment we asked his advice on a new roof for the conservatory. Immediately we were impressed by his professionalism, transparency and honesty when providing a quote. From the initial quotation, booking a convenient time frame was not difficult; easy to contact and certainly responded as soon as possible. The workmen that attended to the job were yet again professional, knowledgeable, hard working and respectful; keeping us updated at all times. I reached out to The Roofing Company to have a flat roof leak investigated. Previously I had it reviewed by 3 other roofing companies and was given varying degrees of feedback ranging from quick fixes, to having the entire flat roof and pitched roof redone. Gary popped over with his team, assessed the roof and reported back to me with the issue with the correct course of action. The advice was that there was no issues with the pitched roof and that the flat roof was worn and need replacing. The team stripped the flat roof back to the OCB (where they confirmed that the OCB did not need replacing as it was in great shape. The team progressed with stripping the existing felt and fitting the new torch of felt. Absolutely great service from start to finish and Gary and his team have been fantastic to work with. They also replaced the felt on the exterior outhouse. Overall 10/10 and will be using again for any future roofing issues.

I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. He got us a quote over and was already saving my father several thousand pounds. Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. It hasn't rained yet, but so far the experience has been perfect and much better than with other roofers I've dealt with in the past.

Paul with Mark carried out repairs to our roof which involved replacing broken tiles and patching the felt lining. He also repointed a brick chimney which had been in a poor state. Paul's solution was to repair the roof rather than completely strip and re line it (which another trader had offered to do) which has saved us a considerable amount of money and will hopefully last many years. A 5 year guarantee for the work was provided. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Paul was great. I had several estimates all recommending lots of work. Paul was conservative with the work that was needed and gave me plenty of advice on how and when to look for issues with my roof myself going forward. He even held off doing some work in view of the weather (which I hadn’t checked and probably cost him a morning of work elsewhere). Honest, punctual, hardworking. So refreshing.
