Kasem of Capital Roofing provided a professional good service. Kasem is competent and easy to communicate with. We had some leak issues from our roof.Kasem attended, identified issues, gave a quote and started work same day, completed well in 3 days. Sent begire & after photos.Did find price more than what others would charge. But Cannot find fault with work. Would use them again & recommend K & M.

Excellent service and quality of work. Attentive, friendly and diligent professional. Our roof was leaking, he knew exactly what was wrong by looking at the old roof (previous fibre glass workmanship was sub standard hence roof began to leak). They came around promptly, started and completed until all was done. He listened to what we wanted (take old roof off and start again) and carried out the job. I was so grateful to have Sam & his team help us replace two Velux windows in our loft bedroom. These windows had been leaking for the past year whenever it was windy and rainy. Initially, the plan was just to replace the flashing, but Sam discovered that the wooden frames of the old windows were actually rotten. This contractor produces videos and photos to demonstrate what work has been done or needs to be done because many people cannot go up on a roof to check! I have since used obsidian Roofing 3 times to replace tiles, repair valleys, rebuild the verge and lay felt a flat roof. I have seen from obsidian Roofing how roof work should be done and what others have done wrong! obsidian saved me money with free advice enabling me to do some work myself even though I offered to pay them to do it!

We used obsidian Roofing as a friend had put us in their direction after a heavy leak caused some internal damage. At such short notice they were able to attend and provide a temporary repair later to return for the permanent works, as we were incredibly impressed with their reasonable quotation. First used Obsidian Roofing in October 2024 for our son’s new roof which they did excellently. So there was no need to consider another company to do our house roof repairs. He quoted fairly for what was supposed to be a minor repair but unfortunately when he started taking off the tiles he found the felt was all rotten and the wood batons were rotten too. We ended up having new membrane and batons for the whole roof. As we live in a conservation area we cannot replace the tiles without planning permission. So Naher managed to find reclamation tiles from a place in Scotland and we live in London but it was no trouble for him to sort it all out. We had been looking for spare tiles for years and no roofer could find any before. He and his team had a massive job on their hands but he organised it perfectly and did the job in 10 days. They worked so hard even using torches as it got dark early so that no rain would come in overnight. And to top it all they jet washed the drive and patio at no extra cost. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

John has undertaken two jobs for us - replacing tiles after a storm and tracing/eliminating a leak. He is brilliant: very responsive, thoroughly professional and goes out of his way to do a brilliant job (e.g. he suggesting moving old tiles to replace the broken tiles on the visible part of the roof, and then put his new tiles on the other part, to maintain the appearance). He is very good value and totally honest about what needs to be done. He also provided helpful videos taken on his phone so we could see what work he had done. We will definitely keep using John and I would thoroughly recommend.

Definite recommend - we had a challenge on our hands with being in a conservation area, parking inaccessible location, righting the wrongs of previous builders works and a very wet start to 2024. Glad to have these guys/gals in our corner! Highly experienced with roofing in our area, Dan & Mike understood all the challenges and more importantly how to deal with them (e.g. Like for like slates and box gutters). The weather wasn't on our side and while the project was delayed greatly due to this, when given the chance of a clear spell, the team worked absolutely non stop. Once works were done they were also happy to come back and decorate any interiors that were affected by the roofing works. Not Cowboys, finally!
