Excellent, made a booking for an MOT and service on Tuesday, here sat at my desk on Wednesday at 3.30 with a new MOT and service completed, plus a new pollen filter. The Green Garage deserve 10 stars, as they have brought to conclusion a matter that has lasted over 8 months! My wife's 2018 Sharan she has had from new went in for a routine service & MOT in February this year with a franchised VW garage that had been servicing the vehicle since it was purchased. Literally, a day later the car would not start. The AA were called and we were advised that the timing was out. We called VW who said they had no appointments to diagnose and rectify until June. After a few months they took the car in and advised us that we were looking at a £14k bill as the Cam belt had gone and the engine had been severely damaged. I literally did a Google search and had the car towed to the Green Garage after speaking to Danny. The customer care over the phone was too refreshing to be true. I trusted the process. After a few days I was given a bill of £4k including parts and labour. Better than £14k but we had already decided to cut our losses and ditch the car. Then I got a surprise call from Keith of the Green Garage explaining that Danny and his crew had spent a further 6 hours decoupling and working on the vehicle and noticed that the tensioner was badly damaged which caused the mis-timing. The Car needed a new tensioner not a new engine! The bill went from £14k to £800 and the car drives and purrs like new. I can't thank Danny & Keith enough for their determination to resolve this as well as their honesty in delivering a first-class service at an affordable price. The Green Garage demonstrated patience and a depth of experience that is rare to find. To fix what a franchise dealer with an assortment of mechanics could not, shows expertise way beyond the call of duty and we are extremely grateful that we came to you!

I have used Paddington Motors a few times now for MOT, and repairs and the service has always been excellent! As a female, there is always the worry of being taken advantage of but in all my dealings, they have been honest, respectful and resolved the issue at a competitive cost. In my recent visit, my ABS alarm was activated and Mercedes were going to charge me an arm and a leg to perform the diagnostics and fix the problem. Khalil was an angel, he did the diagnostics, ordered the faulty sensor and replaced it at a fraction of the cost quoted by Mercedes. Everyone who works here is so friendly. I would totally recommend this place, they are great!

We hit a pot hole on Sunday 29th December in SE London, and were stuck waiting for recovery as the tyre was completely wrecked and would not inflate. I called The Garage as they are close to home, to see if they could fix our wheel before we had to head back on our travels on Saturday 4th Jan. It was out of hours but Geoff was a hero and confirmed if we got it towed to Bramber Road, and posted the key through their door, he would be popping in on the 30th and would drive the car into the garage, order the replacement tyre and have his team fix it when they were back to work after the Christmas break. Communication was great. We were kept up to date every step of the way. The office in The Garage is superb with its decor and layout, and it is super clean! The team were really friendly and knowledgeable, and they did a great job getting us back on the road safely and in time. Thank you so much to Geoff and the team. Absolute life savers!

I had very good experience here on a Saturday morning. Both of my headlights went off the night before. And this garage was the only one available in the area to replace the bulbs. Even though they didn't have them in stock, they ordered the bulbs to be delivered as soon as possible and the whole hob was done in less than an hour.

Great service today! I had an issue with some white wall inserts that were damaging my tyre sidewalls. They promptly asked me to come down, inspected the tyres and took the white walls off there and then for a very reasonable charge. Great service would absolutely recommend;

Very much deserves the 5 star rating. Needed a specific tyre which they were able to source at short notice, and did the tyre and a service while I waited. I needed it quickly, and so they kept the shop open for me beyond 6 to make sure I could drive home the same day despite me arriving late. Top quality service, and very reasonable price too.
