I've just being to Car City and Josef was so friendly. But more importantly without fuss he and his colleague refitted the front bumper on the passengers side of my S class, which I'd manage to pull off due to driving onto a high curb. He also repaired a scuff mark on the rear bumper with great professionalism and ease, all done in less than an 45 min even do I just appeared on his forecourt without notice. The price he charged for the work was exceedingly reasonably, I couldn't have be more pleased, such a relief to find a mechanic that is honest hard working and professional, a real credit to his profession, thank you again Josef 👏

Had concerns about my Mini. Tony, test drove the car, found nothing wrong. Gave me advice and important info about what to look out for going forward. They also checked the oil as I requested and didn’t charge for any of it. Excellent example of good customer service.

My car broke down and the usual garage I go to weren’t available. They helped me get my car back on the road within 24 hours which was helpful. They also gave me honest advice about what had to be changed and what could wait until the next MOT date which I appreciated. The car on the inside was slightly scruffier and certain marks that weren’t there needed to be cleaned, so it would’ve been nice if they were just a bit more meticulous in that respect but overall a very good service that was executed quickly, so I would recommend them for sure!

Great garage - the owner is very friendly and straightforward. The issue with my vehicle was harder than initially thought to fix but the guys took everything apart to have a proper look and put it all back while refusing to take any payment, despite having spent almost an hour on it. Receptionist Rita very helpful too!

Brilliant MOT centre. All of the staff are so kind and professional from the reception team to the mechanics. The reminder and booking confirmation texts, they are always punctual and accommodating.
