I had a driver’s side drive shaft installed on my 2008 Prius. There was a misunderstanding to start with, but Joe clarified everything and made sure I was happy at the end. The new shaft is perfect and and could commend more the garage for the work they do. Thank you Joe and team for sorting everything so quickly, with my wife about to give birth, I really needed the car on the road quickly and you have done just that.

This is the first time I have used Garage Express and I am impressed. The customer service was excellent, booking my car in was easy, the price was cheaper than their competitors, they did not pressure me into extra services, the reception area was clean and I was able to work while I waited. I was needing to get some new tyres and was not sure where to go, having previously gone to another garage the owner had sold up and now I had to rely on google reviews for recommendations. Seeing a 4.7 I chose to go ahead and visit the garage this morning. On arrival, one of the guys came straight out and had a look and his advice was if I am only driving locally they could last a while longer BUT if I am driving on the motorway then swap them now. Having recently visited my family, my Uncle advised exactly the same and his friend owns a garage so I was confident that I was getting the best advise. Having cheekily asked if they could fit me in straight away they were able to. A brilliant experience, great service, excellent customer service and most importantly I feel happy driving my car. Highly recommend. I will be back again.

This turned out to be a really tricky Insurance job - with unhelpful insurers 'losing' paperwork etc - but Hussein was unfailingly calm and helpful, putting in lots of extra effort on my behalf, and then did a fantastic job on the car, exactly on schedule. It's such a welcoming place to come to as well. I've never been to a garage where all the guys are so smiley and friendly! Can really recommend them.

Amazing mechanics! They fixed the van fast and had us back on the road fast. They explained to us why the van had issues in the past and cleaned the filler rather than replacing it, saving us more than £2500. Most of all, they are trustworthy, and that's the gold dust in that industry.
