The Green Garage deserve 10 stars, as they have brought to conclusion a matter that has lasted over 8 months! My wife's 2018 Sharan she has had from new went in for a routine service & MOT in February this year with a franchised VW garage that had been servicing the vehicle since it was purchased. Literally, a day later the car would not start. The AA were called and we were advised that the timing was out. We called VW who said they had no appointments to diagnose and rectify until June. After a few months they took the car in and advised us that we were looking at a £14k bill as the Cam belt had gone and the engine had been severely damaged. I literally did a Google search and had the car towed to the Green Garage after speaking to Danny. The customer care over the phone was too refreshing to be true. I trusted the process. After a few days I was given a bill of £4k including parts and labour. Better than £14k but we had already decided to cut our losses and ditch the car. Then I got a surprise call from Keith of the Green Garage explaining that Danny and his crew had spent a further 6 hours decoupling and working on the vehicle and noticed that the tensioner was badly damaged which caused the mis-timing. The Car needed a new tensioner not a new engine! The bill went from £14k to £800 and the car drives and purrs like new. I can't thank Danny & Keith enough for their determination to resolve this as well as their honesty in delivering a first-class service at an affordable price. The Green Garage demonstrated patience and a depth of experience that is rare to find. To fix what a franchise dealer with an assortment of mechanics could not, shows expertise way beyond the call of duty and we are extremely grateful that we came to you!

I was lucky to come across these guys over 10 years ago and am regular for all maintemcae and servicing. Whatever the issue they’ve always sorted it. Outstanding service and care, always incredibly helpful, patient and understanding. I can’t thank them enough for all their help over the years, or rate them highly enough. I’ve been using Green Garage since about 2017 with a few VW/SEAT cars I’ve owned, and I would highly recommend them. I always use them for my MOT and services, plus any other issues that crop up. They are always transparent on costs and give good advice. Their costs are very reasonable too and much less than main dealers.

I went to this garage after I saw the reviews. I left my Ford Transit Custom 2019 in limp mode with turbo and dpf issues and the car was fixed in less than one day for a very good price. I have already drove the car for more than 500 miles and everything seems fine.

I've just being to Car City and Josef was so friendly. But more importantly without fuss he and his colleague refitted the front bumper on the passengers side of my S class, which I'd manage to pull off due to driving onto a high curb. He also repaired a scuff mark on the rear bumper with great professionalism and ease, all done in less than an 45 min even do I just appeared on his forecourt without notice. The price he charged for the work was exceedingly reasonably, I couldn't have be more pleased, such a relief to find a mechanic that is honest hard working and professional, a real credit to his profession, thank you again Josef 👏

As good as my last visit. Really friendly and to the point - booked my MOT for the morning and they saw me promptly. Like the last time I visited, they didn't try to upsell, which makes me think that they only suggest things when it really needs attention. Glad I came back here after my last visit. Also, having a Greg's/Tesco/chippy around the corner while they do their work really helps.

She fit me in for MOT on short noice despite being short staffed. Mechanics are also very friendly. I will definitely go back. 100% recommend this garage!!

I had very good experience here on a Saturday morning. Both of my headlights went off the night before. And this garage was the only one available in the area to replace the bulbs. Even though they didn't have them in stock, they ordered the bulbs to be delivered as soon as possible and the whole hob was done in less than an hour.

We contacted this garage last minute as we had a problem with our gears. They were amazing and helped us out straight away, including coming to pick up the car as I couldn’t get it out with only the 3rd and 4th gear working. They diagnosed and fixed the problem super quickly for us and we ended up also getting a service done as we had a few recommended things outstanding from our previous MOT. The work was great and the car was also the cleanest I have ever seen it when it came back, which was a nice extra surprise. They’re really communicative and helpful and would highly recommend.
