Mick is a guy who will love your car. Tells you what he will do, delivers what he said he would, always a fair deal. On this occasion I reversed into a crash barrier creating a huge dent and scratches. Came back as good as new, I couldn't believe it! Top guy!

I spoke to Mick on the phone and he told me he would squeeze me in for a checkup for my coolant leak on my Ford Fiesta. I appreciated that they were busy, and was relieved they could fit me in. As i arrived, my car was checked up by Sunny, who was really helpful, honest and reassured me that why car was all good. He filled my car up with coolant and was generally really helpful. I didn’t have to wait and was seen straight away. I will be using this garage again in the future

My car keys weren't working and the guys at reception and as I'd just got the batteries changed I thought it was something more serious. Turns out the batteries were flat. My car had an engine fault and broke down on Sunday. I decided to try my luck and contacted a garage. Tony responded quickly, even though the garage was closed on Sunday. He advised me to drop the car off at Highview Garage, and he would take a look at it on Monday. I expected the repair to take a long time and cost a lot. To my surprise, Tony called me this morning (Tuesday) and told me the car was ready and fully fixed. The bill was much lower than I expected! I was concerned my VW Golf gearbox had an issue the brother test drove the car and explained what the issue was, it in fact was not the gearbox at all, it was something in the rear end driver side causing the rattling noise and vibrations on the car each time i accelerated (caliper bolt), the brother booked me to get the car sorted on the weekend and after the work was done asked me to test drive to ensure all was fine and I can say 100% all the concerns I had have been resolved for me on the day. I broke down (clutch) on Mile End road and panicked called up Bancroft and he taught me how to move the car without the clutch once i drove to Bancroft i didn’t have enough money yet because i was still awaiting to get paid the owner of the garage said it’s fine we will wait and once i got paid managed to fix the car fitted in a new clutch the hospitality there is amazing he made sure i got good service there and went above and beyond not to mention he does a amazing job in MOT probably the best mechanic in the area very understanding and gets the job done i definitely would recommend going to him to get ur stuff done he does everything and don’t even worry about ur car being in the wrong hands because they take care of your car

Great service. My engine heated up randomly whilst driving on a Saturday evening and I found MWorks on Google. Zakariya was very knowledgeable and agreed to take my car in despite it being near closing time. The car was fixed very quickly on the Monday when the garage reopened. Other garages had failed to identify the problem with my car but he got it in one! it was a complex electricila problem draining the battery linked to the alarm system. Fahim knew what was causing the leak and solved it within minutes. I am so grateful. His charge was extremely competitive.

This business is trustworthy and competent. I took my car to them to repair my exhaust and fix a rear light. Instead of using it as an opportunity to rip someone off, they were honest and fixed my exhaust for £200, when I was quoted by Kwik-Fit, £1400. Not only that to replace my rear LED light was £169. Instead of trying to coax me into it. The mechanic told me to try and get one on eBay for cheaper. A business like this with morals and standards is gold. These will be my go to guys!

I have been coming here for many years, usually once a year for my MOT. I trust them 100% and have never been let down. They are fair and transparent and if any other little thing needs to be done, you can trust them completely. I am a female driver and it can be daunting driving into a garage expecting to be fleeced but I have never experienced this feeling at all here. Totally professional with such friendly demeanour.
