Reece and his team are really amazing . Called them as recommended by a family member who has taken her car to Loftus Garage and she was not wrong at all . Reece offered me all the help and choices available as my car broke down not far away from where his garage his . Exceptional. A bit pricey due to the area but not surprising as its west london. The staff and owner are hardworking, accommodating and does their best to solve every problem in a fast timely fashion. They also explain things and offer alternative solutions. Have compared them against other garages and they are the best.

I brought my first car last year in July and they were recommended to me, since then they have helped me with everything! Honestly it’s the best service I’ve ever received, especially Sebastian he has helped me with my car showed me all the features it has. Also, he’s given me driving tips, he’s fixed my car (multiple times) and done MOTs and everything else. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else only there with him! It’s outstanding service, even though I’m a girl everyone told me I would get ripped off etc.. but they have been so pleasing and when I call for little things they reassure me that it’s absolutely fine and help me. I’ll definitely be a forever customer!

With so many garages that make you feel uneasy, it is great to find one I can trust. Excellent personal-feeling service, frank advice & I've even had visits where they've tinkered with something for free or Valeted after having work done for a new-car feeling. Certainly encourages me to return time after time & I've certainly recommended to friends in the Hammersmith area in the past. Not the cheapest, but for me definitely the best value for money.

We hit a pot hole on Sunday 29th December in SE London, and were stuck waiting for recovery as the tyre was completely wrecked and would not inflate. I called The Garage as they are close to home, to see if they could fix our wheel before we had to head back on our travels on Saturday 4th Jan. It was out of hours but Geoff was a hero and confirmed if we got it towed to Bramber Road, and posted the key through their door, he would be popping in on the 30th and would drive the car into the garage, order the replacement tyre and have his team fix it when they were back to work after the Christmas break. Communication was great. We were kept up to date every step of the way. The office in The Garage is superb with its decor and layout, and it is super clean! The team were really friendly and knowledgeable, and they did a great job getting us back on the road safely and in time. Thank you so much to Geoff and the team. Absolute life savers!

Always worry about mechanics making up issues to make extra work but these guys are completely honest; more often than not MOT passes with no work needed, services have minor things done, etc. Faultless

Took my land rover for MOT. Guys finished it in an hour on Saturday. Charged 60 quid, explained what might need fixing in near future. Would recommend and use them in the future. Conveniently located too.
