Given that my vehicle is over 25 years old, Trevor, a highly experienced representative, personally came out to assess it. His deep knowledge of cars was evident, and he quickly determined that further testing was needed to ensure the car was safe to drive. The team promptly booked it in for a geometry test, which was carried out the very next day. Every person I interacted with was courteous, efficient, and truly understood my concerns. I owned a 57 plate hot hatch. After a few months it’s history started to show. I tried various mechanics, none of which were able to correctly diagnose turbo issues. Lee @ Revamp was recommended by a close friend and he nailed it based on my explanation alone. The fault was both easy and cheap to repair but required experience/knowledge which Lee had. Unfortunately due to the cars ages and extensive history I experienced various issues which Lee and his team helped rectify promptly at a reasonable price. I have since decided to trade up for a much newer/low mileage hot hatch and will use Revamp over the dealership based on the amazing service and trustworthiness I experienced @ Revamp.

Following a minor shunt in a carpark I took my car to Revamp Autoworks. The rear bumper was creased & the paint was chipped. The diffuser was damaged & warped. I’d had a quote from another garage who said they could repair the rear bumper but the diffuser would need to be replaced. Byron gave me a quote to repair the bumper & diffuser, which was almost half the previous quote. The repair is first class & there is absolutely no sign of the damage. I can’t fault them & would thoroughly recommend Revamp Autoworks.

This is the first time I have used Chelsfield motor works and can honestly say they are extremely friendly and very helpful car was repaired very quickly and they also took me home would have pick me up to get my car as well prices very reasonable. And I have now used them again and as above they have been very helpful and kept me informed highly recommend them .

Our car was giving us a warning message for low tyre pressure. We by chance found Chelsfield Motor Works when pulling off road. We just wanted to thank Toby again for checking and topping up our tyres with air. He was closing up shop when we arrived, but he re-opened the garage to help us. Excellent service from Jon, who repaired the air conditioning condenser on my Skoda Superb. Dealer had quoted £500 just to find the leak, before even fixing it; Jon said he could repair it for that price. He sent pics of the the job as it was in progress, and was as good as his word. Now the car hold its gas and the air con is lovely and cool. Thanks!

A great service for today from JLC. my aircon was blowing cool but not cold. John diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. He even took me and collected me from the train station while he had the car! I can thoroughly recommend him.

I’ve used Crown Garage for the last few years to get 2 cars serviced & MOT’d. On all occasions the work has been completed on time, and I’ve been particularly impressed with their thoroughness. Where I’ve been after a price before proceeding with certain bits, Luke has called as promised before going ahead. Most recently they managed to squeeze my wife’s car to fit brake pads all round at relatively short notice & at a competitive price - lifesaver. Can’t fault the customer service. From my experience, this is a great garage if you’re after a trustworthy opinion and reliable work. If only more garages were a little more like this one!!

Took my car in for a quote to repair after being quoted £500-£600 by another garage. Crown Garage quoted me £272-£336. Couldn't book the car in quick enough. Go to collect the car and ask the final cost and I'm told £239 as it didn't take as long as we thought. Needless to say I will be using Crown Garage in the future.

Used Crown for around 5 years, never an issue, always very honest. I've been in before suggesting that I need new brakes and instead of taking my money like other garages would, I've been advised that it would be a waste of money as there was around 10k left of usage on them.
