Ollie ad Florrie Vets have created a delightfully calming environment with their stylish new surgery in Petts Wood. We have quite an anxious little dog but Dan immediately gained her trust with his expertise and kindness. We are fortunate to have such an innovative, professional and compassionate practice and I wish them well in the years to come.

First time here and had a wonderful experience. Lovely, and friendly staff. The vet took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had. We really felt like our cat was in good hands here. They even gave her treats throughout which made the experience a lot less stressful for her. Definitely the best in the area and will be back!

This was our first appointment at Ollie and Florrie vets and we are really impressed. Prior to this appointment, when I went to register my cats, I was warmly welcomed by both Tas and Dan and given a guided tour of the surgery which is very modern and well-designed. On our visit today with my poorly cat Dan, the vet, could not have been kinder whilst examining him. Dan had clearly carefully studied my cat's medical history from the practice we attended previously and gave my cat a very thorough and detailed examination as well as clearly presenting to us the options as to changes to his diet and further possible treatments in the future. It's so good to have a family-run veterinary practice in Petts Wood and following our experience today I highly recommend Ollie and Florrie vets.

Took Winston for a check up and nail clip today for the 1st time. Wow! Such a lovely place, friendly atmosphere and you can tell how much they adore the animals. They did a thorough check over of my bulldog and gave some great advice to help with his wrinkles and skin. Honestly would recommend them to anyone. Plus Winston got a lovely Christmas present from them to!!

What a fabulous place! The modern decor makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in to the vets. All of the team are extremely friendly and welcoming. Dan took the time to talk through the procedure and what to expect, giving us plenty of time to ask questions. A reassuring text post the procedure whilst in recovery was a lovely touch too. Lovely to have such a caring team looking after our pets! Thank you

Tender Paws are the most amazing vets. All the staff are friendly and kind ,showing a genuine concern for our dog. They never fail to amaze me with how incredibly caring they are everytime they treat our dogs frequent ear problems. I recommend them to everyone and feel extremely lucky to have found them during Lockdown when our dog was a puppy.

It is inevitable at some point you have to say goodbye to your beloved pet and sometimes that requires some intervention. Everyone at Tender Paws were absolutely lovely. They were so kind and treated our beloved dog of 14 ½ years in such a dignified manner. They provided us with a quiet place to spend the last moments and were very supportive. We were given time alone to say our final goodbyes and they carried out our wishes. This is always the hardest part of dog ownership but we were comforted that the team at Tender Paws were sharing this moment with us.

My poor, little Willow. I miss her so much already and my heart breaks more and more everyday without her. Anna P and Daisy, they Showed my Willow real love and emotions, made her comfortable with heat pads, blankets, cuddles and strokes and really did put Willow in the heart of everything they could. Even filled her belly till the very end (nothing would cheer willow up more than food). I could see they found it hard also as it was such a sensitive subject for any human being, however they kept professional, direct and most important of all they made me and my partner feel comfortable leaving Willow in their hands. We appreciate the hard work and strength you all have working in such a rewarding but yet such difficult career. Our gratitude is great. Thank you again Daisy and Anna.

My 11-year-old indoor cat is quite nervous, not very friendly with strangers, and easily stressed. Last year, when I traveled for two weeks, I placed him in a cat hotel, but unfortunately, he became ill and had to spend a night in the hospital. This time, I was very anxious about leaving him again, even though I found a different cat hotel. Thankfully, Daisy took such amazing care of him that he returned home healthy and stress-free. I am so grateful for her exceptional care and attention. I will absolutely book with Daisy again whenever I need to travel!

From James & Tasha: Our kitties absolutely loved staying at Orpington with the owner Daisy! We cannot praise Daisy enough - she gave us updates every few days including lots of kitty pics and ensured she catered to their needs (our kitties are very fussy and needy; they need constant attention!). We were very cautious about leaving our kitties in a place for so long given we leave them weeks at a time but they absolutely loved their little holiday. The rooms are so spacious (we got the extra large en-suite for our two kitties). They have a massive cat tree (including a hiding hole), heating, windows and their own special cat bed. Our kitties always come back so freshly groomed and extremely healthy and happy with some new toys to play with (thank you Daisy!). We changed our dates quite a few times due to changes in our plans and Daisy catered for these changes with no problems at all. We can’t wait to use Orpington again - thanks so much Daisy!

We used Longcroft Orpington twice now and we have been so happy and impressed with Daisy. Our two British Shorthair boys were pampered and looked after with great attention, care, and love by Daisy. We received daily updates, photos, videos and a lovely postcard which we adored. Both cats settled in well and bonded with Daisy after couple of days. Even our timid boy who is normally scared of strangers, loved spending time with Daisy and getting attention and daily strokes. It was so nice to see them comfortable and happy around Daisy when we picked them up. We will definitely use this place again as we trust Daisy and know our cats are well cared for when we are away. Thank you Daisy once again ❤️

We recently had the pleasure of leaving our two Siberian beauties, Loki and Gaia, at Longcroft Cat Hotel Orpington, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we met Daisy, the owner, it was clear she has a genuine passion for cats. Her warm, friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and her love for animals shines through in everything she does. The hotel itself is impeccably designed—cosy, clean, and with ample space to ensure our cats were comfortable and content. It’s evident that a lot of thought has gone into creating an environment that feels like a home away from home for feline guests. Daisy went above and beyond to keep us informed during their stay, providing regular updates and photos every couple of days. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were incredibly reassuring, especially for us as frequent travelers. Daisy even put together a goodies take homebag which was so special and thoughtful! Loki and Gaia settled in beautifully, which is a testament to the care and professionalism of Daisy and her team. We now wouldn’t consider leaving them anywhere else when we travel. Longcroft Cat Hotel Orpington is a true gem, and we’re so grateful to have found it. Thank you, Daisy, for looking after our fur babies so wonderfully!

March 2021 Daisy looked after Quinn while I was packing up my home to move abroad, and then up until his flight abroad a few weeks later. Daisy takes such amazing care of my boy, and lavishes him with love and affection. He enjoys a night time turn down, playtime, snuggles, lots of grooming time which Quinn adores, and I receive beautiful photo updates through out his stay. He is happy and healthy, and I couldn't ask for better care. Daisy is an absolute star, I would highly recommend!

We contacted Medivet today as we knew our 14 yr old dog was end of life. We have never been registered at this vets but due to family recommendation and negative reviews of our usual vets, we contacted them. They were so kind to arrange an appointment for this evening. The care and support they showed when we arrived to us but most of all our baby. Thank you all so much for making our pooch comfortable and releasing her from her suffering.

We have been with this practice for nearly 15 years. They have been looking after our 4 dogs really well over the years. The vet Sandra is very friendly, helpful and professional. All the staff members including the receptionists show respect, care and love to us and our dogs. We will not hesitate to recommend this practice to any animal owners.

Our Springer Spaniel was a puppy 8 weeks old, when she first experienced the Vet! From the first moment, having her regular injections and check ups she seemed to enjoy her visits and meeting her friends (vets and nursing staff) who cared for her throughout her 14 years. They were as sad as us at our loss. Following a long break we decided to get a Cockerpoo, she was ten weeks old when first introduced to our Vet Sandra, again our dog enjoys her visits, she is over two now and on our walks if we happen to be passing nearby she pulls to go to the Vets. This shows me how well they are treated and the care shown, my thanks to all the staff.

I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. I would definitely recommend Parkvets to anybody looking for a vet. Thanks again for your help.

Took our dog to Chislehurst Park Vets on Saturday afternoon, pre booked and I was nervous for our dog as she had an ear infection. Rosie the vet was so calm and understanding and explained exactly what she would be doing to drain fluid from our dog’s ear due to a haematoma which had developed. I left feeling relieved not just for me but for our dog! We are lucky to have a good vet close by.

Have just had my first appointment here and had to leave this review... As a rabbit owner, I've had difficulty finding a local exotic vet, especially for emergency visits. It's safe to say my visit today has knocked all of the other vet clinics I've used previously out of the park. From friendly reception staff, to knowledgeable veterinarians I feel my bunnies have received the perfect care, also for a fair price. Would highly recommend for anyone with rabbits to switch here! 🐰

First time using after being recommended to me for ferrets. I'm one of these annoying pet owners that's really fussy who I leave my babies with and normally just by talking to reception I'm put off. But no when I booked and registered I was really pleased with the people I spoke to they was helpful, caring and most importantly knowledgeable and those that wasn't asked and promptly called me back to tell me what I needed to know. I went today and waited until my animals was home and still I was really pleased. I took 3 ferrets today 1 for a Jill jab (hormones) 2 for castration. From start to finish I was pleased. I did read reviews here first and lots complained about waiting time. That's crazy This is a very busy popular practise and I'm not sure how fast they expect them to speed through people's animals but the waiting times was more than acceptable. It's a very roomy practise but due to the current virus situation they are limited how many people can be in there and this is understandable. It was very basic but clean and hygienic and all social distancing rules was undertaken. I was quickly seen at reception and dealt with in a nice friendly manner. The nurses are lovely well who I see was and they actually genuinely seemed to care and show great interest in the animal. I really like that as I don't see it enough. My animals are all happy and well I'm sure In the boys cases they are sore lol Cost was really reasonable and the only thing that was a shock was that I was charged as much for a Jill jab as I was for a spay. But I will deal with that as the rest was all so positive. Highly recommend this vet for anyone and if like me you struggle finding a ferret savvy vet, this is your place. Thanks guys 😊

Great Vet! Called for an emergency appointment as my puppy was bleeding constantly from his claw and they saw him straight away and sent me home with a plan and medication. The staff on reception were so friendly and helped make me feel at ease. My puppy felt relaxed in the setting and the vet handed him so well, he’s only 9 weeks old and has never been in that environment before. Thank you!

Outstanding care, service, compassion, knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, advice and professionalism from the entire team. At last I have a vet for my four guinea pigs where everyone on staff has "exotic pet" expertise and, most importantly, passion. The team has also managed me brilliantly and I have absolute confidence in them. Immense thanks from me, Grizlik, Puchorin, Astrov and The Menace. We are in excellent hands. Specifically, Grizlik had developed bladder stones which have been removed successfully under general anaesthetic (he's recovering now), Puchorin's keratin cyst is being cleaned and may have to be removed, and Astrov's sludgy pee is being treated so he doesn't develop bladder stones. The Menace is currently fine.
