Our Springer Spaniel was a puppy 8 weeks old, when she first experienced the Vet! From the first moment, having her regular injections and check ups she seemed to enjoy her visits and meeting her friends (vets and nursing staff) who cared for her throughout her 14 years. They were as sad as us at our loss. Following a long break we decided to get a Cockerpoo, she was ten weeks old when first introduced to our Vet Sandra, again our dog enjoys her visits, she is over two now and on our walks if we happen to be passing nearby she pulls to go to the Vets. This shows me how well they are treated and the care shown, my thanks to all the staff.

We contacted Medivet today as we knew our 14 yr old dog was end of life. We have never been registered at this vets but due to family recommendation and negative reviews of our usual vets, we contacted them. They were so kind to arrange an appointment for this evening. The care and support they showed when we arrived to us but most of all our baby. Thank you all so much for making our pooch comfortable and releasing her from her suffering.

We have been with this practice for nearly 15 years. They have been looking after our 4 dogs really well over the years. The vet Sandra is very friendly, helpful and professional. All the staff members including the receptionists show respect, care and love to us and our dogs. We will not hesitate to recommend this practice to any animal owners.

While I have a Medivet much closer to my home, I choose to travel further to your location specifically because of the great service and friendly atmosphere. From James & Tasha: Our kitties absolutely loved staying at Orpington with the owner Daisy! We cannot praise Daisy enough - she gave us updates every few days including lots of kitty pics and ensured she catered to their needs (our kitties are very fussy and needy; they need constant attention!). We were very cautious about leaving our kitties in a place for so long given we leave them weeks at a time but they absolutely loved their little holiday. The rooms are so spacious (we got the extra large en-suite for our two kitties). They have a massive cat tree (including a hiding hole), heating, windows and their own special cat bed. Our kitties always come back so freshly groomed and extremely healthy and happy with some new toys to play with (thank you Daisy!). We changed our dates quite a few times due to changes in our plans and Daisy catered for these changes with no problems at all. We can’t wait to use Orpington again - thanks so much Daisy!

We used Longcroft Orpington twice now and we have been so happy and impressed with Daisy. Our two British Shorthair boys were pampered and looked after with great attention, care, and love by Daisy. We received daily updates, photos, videos and a lovely postcard which we adored. Both cats settled in well and bonded with Daisy after couple of days. Even our timid boy who is normally scared of strangers, loved spending time with Daisy and getting attention and daily strokes. It was so nice to see them comfortable and happy around Daisy when we picked them up. We will definitely use this place again as we trust Daisy and know our cats are well cared for when we are away. We recently had the pleasure of leaving our two Siberian beauties, Loki and Gaia, at Longcroft Cat Hotel Orpington, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we met Daisy, the owner, it was clear she has a genuine passion for cats. Her warm, friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and her love for animals shines through in everything she does. The hotel itself is impeccably designed—cosy, clean, and with ample space to ensure our cats were comfortable and content. It’s evident that a lot of thought has gone into creating an environment that feels like a home away from home for feline guests. Daisy went above and beyond to keep us informed during their stay, providing regular updates and photos every couple of days. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were incredibly reassuring, especially for us as frequent travelers. Daisy even put together a goodies take homebag which was so special and thoughtful! Loki and Gaia settled in beautifully, which is a testament to the care and professionalism of Daisy and her team. We now wouldn’t consider leaving them anywhere else when we travel. Longcroft Cat Hotel Orpington is a true gem, and we’re so grateful to have found it. Thank you, Daisy, for looking after our fur babies so wonderfully!

March 2021 Daisy looked after Quinn while I was packing up my home to move abroad, and then up until his flight abroad a few weeks later. Daisy takes such amazing care of my boy, and lavishes him with love and affection. He enjoys a night time turn down, playtime, snuggles, lots of grooming time which Quinn adores, and I receive beautiful photo updates through out his stay. He is happy and healthy, and I couldn't ask for better care. Daisy is an absolute star, I would highly recommend!

Amazing vets couldn't recommend them enough. Very kind people, patience is amazing and they don't judge either. Lots of treats always available for the dogs too. Rachel and Flo have been outstanding and the ladies at the desk are always wonderful to talk to.

Took our dog to Chislehurst Park Vets on Saturday afternoon, pre booked and I was nervous for our dog as she had an ear infection. Rosie the vet was so calm and understanding and explained exactly what she would be doing to drain fluid from our dog’s ear due to a haematoma which had developed. I left feeling relieved not just for me but for our dog! We are lucky to have a good vet close by.

I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. I would definitely recommend Parkvets to anybody looking for a vet. Thanks again for your help.

Have just had my first appointment here and had to leave this review... As a rabbit owner, I've had difficulty finding a local exotic vet, especially for emergency visits. It's safe to say my visit today has knocked all of the other vet clinics I've used previously out of the park. From friendly reception staff, to knowledgeable veterinarians I feel my bunnies have received the perfect care, also for a fair price. Would highly recommend for anyone with rabbits to switch here! 🐰

The vets are friendly, thorough, caring and definitely have the animal’s best interest at heart. They explain possible procedures well and take their time with whatever the problem might be.

Tender Paws are the most amazing vets. All the staff are friendly and kind ,showing a genuine concern for our dog. They never fail to amaze me with how incredibly caring they are everytime they treat our dogs frequent ear problems. I recommend them to everyone and feel extremely lucky to have found them during Lockdown when our dog was a puppy.

It is inevitable at some point you have to say goodbye to your beloved pet and sometimes that requires some intervention. Everyone at Tender Paws were absolutely lovely. They were so kind and treated our beloved dog of 14 ½ years in such a dignified manner. They provided us with a quiet place to spend the last moments and were very supportive. We were given time alone to say our final goodbyes and they carried out our wishes. This is always the hardest part of dog ownership but we were comforted that the team at Tender Paws were sharing this moment with us.

My poor, little Willow. I miss her so much already and my heart breaks more and more everyday without her. Anna P and Daisy, they Showed my Willow real love and emotions, made her comfortable with heat pads, blankets, cuddles and strokes and really did put Willow in the heart of everything they could. Even filled her belly till the very end (nothing would cheer willow up more than food). I could see they found it hard also as it was such a sensitive subject for any human being, however they kept professional, direct and most important of all they made me and my partner feel comfortable leaving Willow in their hands. We appreciate the hard work and strength you all have working in such a rewarding but yet such difficult career. Our gratitude is great. Thank you again Daisy and Anna.

Thank you all for your wonderful help on Friday pm after our dog Bobby was unable to weight bear on his right front leg. The vet was great and so caring with Bobby. Plus the receptionists were lovely. This is the first time our dog has had any problems in his 4 years with us. As a foot note...Bobby is now absolutely fine. He went for a small walk today and was great. Many thanks to you all for your help and kindness.

Called them to get my pet dog seen and was given the appointment for the same day. My anxious dog was seen beautifully and with care by the vet called Charlotte who was extremely kind and friendly. The entire staff, from receptionist to the vets are all too good and welcoming.

Just want to say a huge thankyou to everyone at the practice, the vets, nurses, receptionist for their care of Beau , our pug puppy. We had the traumatic experience of having to remove his eye and the after - care of this and the care of his second eye which ,due to the upmost care,knowledge and professionalism of the vets, is now healed. Cannot recommend this practice enough for the empathy along with the specialist knowledge of all staff in this practice ; applaud we must ! We are all truly thankful,. Visited Andersons Vet in Orpington on Saturday 23rd November. Our usual vet was closed and our poor dog had cut her foot which needed stitches,the vet receptionist was really helpful when my husband phoned up to see if they could help.We got Flo in the car and took her straight away,great service, friendly and welcoming.Flo had her paw stitched and we collected her later.Thank you all so much,really appreciated the help you gave .Would highly recommend to others.

The most amazing, caring vets. They were so brilliant and professional with my dog and so compassionate when the time came to let him have his final nap (age 19). I cannot thank or recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend Anderson's enough from the reception team, to the nurses, to the vet themselves! They go above and beyond! My dog had a metal plate put in her leg back in July and whilst its been a long road to recovery it has been worth every second to be able to see her walk properly again! Tommy the orthopedic vet, has yet again done wonders on my girl and I cannot thank him enough or recommend him enough! He fitted a prosthetic kneecap for her a few years back too and I trust him wholeheartedly. Thank you to Tommy, Charlotte and Keauno for everything, from the bottom of my heart! And to the reception team you're the best!

I must say the vets team, with a shoutout to Keelea and Eme, are the best vets practice I’ve been lucky enough to find for my cat. They are all extremely helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. They take the time to really get to know the animals and their owners, doing the best they can to help in any situation. As a nervous owner, with a cat developing kidney disease, I always felt she was in brilliant hands whenever we went in for an appointment. Even something as simple as ordering a new prescription or trying to figure out pet insurance, every team member was there to help. I have moved away from the area so sadly I have had to leave, I wish I could pick up the vets team and bring them with me. Muggle says (screams) thank you for always looking after her!

We were resistant initially to change vets but have found St Pauls Cray to be Fantastic with great staff and thoughtful aftercare. Our cats had procedures carried out and this vet is very reasonable in their pricing. We do not feel overcharged and had extras added unjustifiably. Would highly recommend.
