From James & Tasha: Our kitties absolutely loved staying at Orpington with the owner Daisy! We cannot praise Daisy enough - she gave us updates every few days including lots of kitty pics and ensured she catered to their needs (our kitties are very fussy and needy; they need constant attention!). We were very cautious about leaving our kitties in a place for so long given we leave them weeks at a time but they absolutely loved their little holiday. The rooms are so spacious (we got the extra large en-suite for our two kitties). They have a massive cat tree (including a hiding hole), heating, windows and their own special cat bed. Our kitties always come back so freshly groomed and extremely healthy and happy with some new toys to play with (thank you Daisy!). We changed our dates quite a few times due to changes in our plans and Daisy catered for these changes with no problems at all. We can’t wait to use Orpington again - thanks so much Daisy!

March 2021 Daisy looked after Quinn while I was packing up my home to move abroad, and then up until his flight abroad a few weeks later. Daisy takes such amazing care of my boy, and lavishes him with love and affection. He enjoys a night time turn down, playtime, snuggles, lots of grooming time which Quinn adores, and I receive beautiful photo updates through out his stay. He is happy and healthy, and I couldn't ask for better care. Daisy is an absolute star, I would highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of leaving our two Siberian beauties, Loki and Gaia, at Longcroft Cat Hotel Orpington, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we met Daisy, the owner, it was clear she has a genuine passion for cats. Her warm, friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and her love for animals shines through in everything she does. The hotel itself is impeccably designed—cosy, clean, and with ample space to ensure our cats were comfortable and content. It’s evident that a lot of thought has gone into creating an environment that feels like a home away from home for feline guests. Daisy went above and beyond to keep us informed during their stay, providing regular updates and photos every couple of days. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were incredibly reassuring, especially for us as frequent travelers. Daisy even put together a goodies take homebag which was so special and thoughtful! Loki and Gaia settled in beautifully, which is a testament to the care and professionalism of Daisy and her team. We now wouldn’t consider leaving them anywhere else when we travel. Longcroft Cat Hotel Orpington is a true gem, and we’re so grateful to have found it. Thank you, Daisy, for looking after our fur babies so wonderfully!

We used Longcroft Orpington twice now and we have been so happy and impressed with Daisy. Our two British Shorthair boys were pampered and looked after with great attention, care, and love by Daisy. We received daily updates, photos, videos and a lovely postcard which we adored. Both cats settled in well and bonded with Daisy after couple of days. Even our timid boy who is normally scared of strangers, loved spending time with Daisy and getting attention and daily strokes. It was so nice to see them comfortable and happy around Daisy when we picked them up. We will definitely use this place again as we trust Daisy and know our cats are well cared for when we are away. Thank you Daisy once again ❤️

My frenchie is so nervous and needed BOAS surgery, both the lockbottom and chelsfield branch have been amazing with my girl the surgery went so well and the aftercare has been brilliant, the staff are really helpful kind and caring im really happy with everything they have done.

The vets are friendly, thorough, caring and definitely have the animal’s best interest at heart. They explain possible procedures well and take their time with whatever the problem might be.

We have been with this practice for nearly 15 years. They have been looking after our 4 dogs really well over the years. The vet Sandra is very friendly, helpful and professional. All the staff members including the receptionists show respect, care and love to us and our dogs. We will not hesitate to recommend this practice to any animal owners.

We contacted Medivet today as we knew our 14 yr old dog was end of life. We have never been registered at this vets but due to family recommendation and negative reviews of our usual vets, we contacted them. They were so kind to arrange an appointment for this evening. The care and support they showed when we arrived to us but most of all our baby. Thank you all so much for making our pooch comfortable and releasing her from her suffering.

Great vet practice. The staff at reception are always welcoming and warm and make a fuss of my dog. The Vets I've seen so far have always been knowledgeable and provided me with good advice on how to best look after my dog. Really happy with Park Vets so far.

I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. I would definitely recommend Parkvets to anybody looking for a vet. Thanks again for your help.

Took our dog to Chislehurst Park Vets on Saturday afternoon, pre booked and I was nervous for our dog as she had an ear infection. Rosie the vet was so calm and understanding and explained exactly what she would be doing to drain fluid from our dog’s ear due to a haematoma which had developed. I left feeling relieved not just for me but for our dog! We are lucky to have a good vet close by.

Tender Paws are the most amazing vets. All the staff are friendly and kind ,showing a genuine concern for our dog. They never fail to amaze me with how incredibly caring they are everytime they treat our dogs frequent ear problems. I recommend them to everyone and feel extremely lucky to have found them during Lockdown when our dog was a puppy.

An amazing practice with the most kindest and caring staff. They Recently took in and looked after our family pet that had escaped and gone missing. It is inevitable at some point you have to say goodbye to your beloved pet and sometimes that requires some intervention. Everyone at Tender Paws were absolutely lovely. They were so kind and treated our beloved dog of 14 ½ years in such a dignified manner. They provided us with a quiet place to spend the last moments and were very supportive. We were given time alone to say our final goodbyes and they carried out our wishes. This is always the hardest part of dog ownership but we were comforted that the team at Tender Paws were sharing this moment with us.

Great Vet! Called for an emergency appointment as my puppy was bleeding constantly from his claw and they saw him straight away and sent me home with a plan and medication. The staff on reception were so friendly and helped make me feel at ease. My puppy felt relaxed in the setting and the vet handed him so well, he’s only 9 weeks old and has never been in that environment before. Thank you!

Thank you all for your wonderful help on Friday pm after our dog Bobby was unable to weight bear on his right front leg. The vet was great and so caring with Bobby. Plus the receptionists were lovely. This is the first time our dog has had any problems in his 4 years with us. As a foot note...Bobby is now absolutely fine. Called them to get my pet dog seen and was given the appointment for the same day. My anxious dog was seen beautifully and with care by the vet called Charlotte who was extremely kind and friendly. The entire staff, from receptionist to the vets are all too good and welcoming.

Had to take my little dog to the vets to have her teeth descaled – she’s very nervous, but have known Paul for years and he has had to do work on her teeth before. He really shows such empathy and care for the animals that he treats. I knew that she was in safe hands and have every confidence in the treatment she received.

I recently joined Mead Veterinary Centre and have had to visit a few times with my dog. The staff are amazing, always fitting me in quickly for both routine and emergency appointments. I’m so glad to have such a caring and reliable vet nearby!

Came in on Sunday due to our miniature dachshund Gracie being in allot of pain with IVDD. She had lost the use of her back legs after a long journey with IVDD having operations and conservative rest. We came to a decision to sadly put her to sleep due to her ongoing battles with pain and paralysis it wasn’t fair on her to keep suffering. Mead are not our usual vet’s but she was in so much pain and discomfort we had to do something that night. The receptionist was very helpful and told me everything we needed to know as we had never gone through this before, and the vet lady was very understanding kind and patient with us especially knowing how sad we were, she let us have as much time with Gracie as we wanted and spoke through everything she was going to do. Was a very emotional day but I cannot thank your veterinary practice enough in helping us with our beloved Gracie whom is no longer in pain, we will miss her very much and will soon be picking up her ashes from yourselves so she can be at our home protecting us when the front door goes with her little growl. Visited Andersons Vet in Orpington on Saturday 23rd November. Our usual vet was closed and our poor dog had cut her foot which needed stitches,the vet receptionist was really helpful when my husband phoned up to see if they could help.We got Flo in the car and took her straight away,great service, friendly and welcoming.Flo had her paw stitched and we collected her later.Thank you all so much,really appreciated the help you gave .Would highly recommend to others.

Just want to say a huge thankyou to everyone at the practice, the vets, nurses, receptionist for their care of Beau , our pug puppy. We had the traumatic experience of having to remove his eye and the after - care of this and the care of his second eye which ,due to the upmost care,knowledge and professionalism of the vets, is now healed. Cannot recommend this practice enough for the empathy along with the specialist knowledge of all staff in this practice ; applaud we must ! We are all truly thankful,. Whilst chasing a squirrel our pup managed to cut one of her legs quite badly. Anderson's who aren't our usual vets was the closest one open at the time. They managed to fit our pooch in as an emergency and were able to treat her that day. Very high quality care. They also dealt with the insurance claim very promptly. Very highly recommended.
