Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

I registered my two cats recently at the clinic . I was so impressed when I visited last week . All the staff were so friendly and calm . The vet I saw was really kind and gentle, even my really fiery cat who hates the vets wasn’t too bad . I’m so happy we discovered the Bayswater Referral Clinic . .

Went to this vet for a second opinion as my cat had a wound that would not heal. They were absolutely amazing! They diagnosed the problem, the locum vet melody acted with kindness and her ethical approach was second to none. I just wish I found them sooner. Hoping mittens after surgery will regain her quality of life again. Thank you all at Bayswater xx

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Mina is one in a million vet...she is totally devoted to animals and has such a natural, caring way with them. We have a very large Borzoi ( Russian Wolfhound ) called Hendrix and she is just wonderful with him..Highly recommend this lovely lady and very professional vet.

Mina and her team are excellent, they have always responded to emergencies with quick, helpful and practical treatment & advice swell as being caring & kind. Feel like the animals welfare is the priority rather than profit or upselling which is a rare thing these days. I always leave feeling reassured that my cat is in safe hands. Thank you.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.

A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten. She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart ;) Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyone’s day. You’ve all been amazing—thank you so much!

Village Vet St Johns Wood has been my vet practice for almost 25 years. Over the last eight years with my two rescue cats in particular, they have always gone above and beyond with their care, compassion and expertise. I still treasure their kindness and empathy when our darling Norma Jeane died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack this summer. Her brother Arthur has had various and often serious and complicated health issues over the last few years too, but this practice has been incredible. Every member of staff from the lovely receptionists, to wonderful vet nurse Alex to the amazing vet Kelly have gone out of their way to find the best way to keep him happy and healthy, often working many hours in their own time to search for solutions. The staff here all clearly have huge love and care for all the animals they look after. Arthur is currently purring away next to me contentedly and it's all down to the truly wonderful staff at Village Vet St John's Wood.

I had been with medivet for 10 year and with Cross Street branch at least 7years. I had to take my cats abroad with me since I moved for work. David was super helpful with the paperwork. Also he prioritized my bookings to speed up the time sensitive process. I strongly recommend Medivet as they are experienced in pet export processes and all the other cat health issues.

An amazing team of people who are understanding and caring. I was desperate for an appointment, my usual branch didn’t have any as I had missed the appointment due to being stuck in traffic, but my poor cat had a wound under his neck and needed to be seen. Receptionist was swift to find the same day appointment for us. Vet Grace was absolutely fantastic and understanding, she and the nurse working the shift with her took great care of my cat ( he’s not a great fan of the vets and gets into his tiger mode). Grace suggested the best way for me to treat my poorly cat at home? understood my financial situation and why I opted for a home care option rather than having him treated at the vets for a few days. Keeping in touch with the surgery via email and sending them pictures with updates of the wound gave me assurance that everything will be okay. Thank you team!❤️ Definitely recommend signing up with this branch if you haven’t already!

I would like to share my experience with the veterinarian David Condesa Rubiera. My dog Rico is almost 15 years old, so you can imagine how many veterinarian I have had to visit over the years. David is by far the best! My dog has a lot of health issues and needed to have 26 teeth removed. Other vets have refused to remove them due to my dogs heart condition and age, but David did not hesitate. He went through the pros and cons and all worked out well. He was recommended to me by other dog owners who also speak so highly of him. David is extremely professional, gets to the point, patient, caring and understanding. I can not speak any higher of him. We would like to thank the brilliant team at Village vets Highbury . I can’t recommend this team enough. Every member of the team is compassionate , highly skilled and finally, there is now continuity of care with the head vet Justin, who is such an asset to the team and a very skilled vet. The nursing team led by Maleeha is fabulous and if you have a nervous pet the team go above and beyond to help your pet relax and have a positive experience. They are never short of cuddles and encouragement. We recently lost our beloved dog Pip to old age and we know without their quality care she would not have lived a long as she did and pain free. If you want high quality care then this is the vets for you. Thank you team, we will always be grateful.

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed
