Kerri-anne, Jasmine and the whole Vet team are amazing. Always do lovely and friendly when I visit with my dog and you can tell they really care about the animals. Would recommended in a heartbeat.

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

This is our local vet, and Puzzle absolutely loves coming here. He won’t let me walk past without trying to drag me in (even after hours) 🤣 The staff are so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

Went to this vet for a second opinion as my cat had a wound that would not heal. They were absolutely amazing! They diagnosed the problem, the locum vet melody acted with kindness and her ethical approach was second to none. I just wish I found them sooner. The reception and veterinarian were very professional, patient and friendly. They answered all our questions. We had just gotten our kitten and the cat bag we purchased was still on the way, they graciously lent us the cat bag so we were able to take the kitten home easily.

Absolutely the best vets I’ve ever been to. I took my Ferret Coxinha there to get spayed. They went above and beyond for her. They all adored her so much that for the check up I brought in one of my other 5. The care and service was outstanding. I’m 100% going back. They made sure she was loved and not stressed the whole time. I without a doubt would recommend them. A great team they have.

I cannot recommend this vet enough! Our journey started when my cat had an unexpected emergency and had to go through a surgery. The team was fabulous and so sensible with the whole process. They even took pictures of my cat and kept me updated of the whole process; this showed me how much they care for their patients. Just back from Snoots with my 7yo cat. After a nightmarish time with previous vets it's safe to say the experience was thorough, caring, civilised and the prescription prices are bare minimum. Really pleased I made this decision for the cat. Plus he loves the welcome treats too (he's so fussy!)

I can’t recommend Snoots Vet enough! Even though it’s a 50-minute drive for me, I would choose them over my local vet any day (and my local vet is great!). Snoots just has such a homely atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

I recently took my pet to Roundwood Vets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both my pet and I feel at ease. The clinic has a warm, comfortable atmosphere that immediately made me feel confident that my pet was in good hands.

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

Reception staff and vets are all absolutely lovely. You can tell they are all true pet lovers and treat everyone with respect and empathy. I was seen at my booked time and greeted warmly by the vet. My cat was very nervous in the waiting area and the staff did all they could to reassure him (and me!). I would 100% recommend

Great experience after my first visit today. Both of us (my cat and myself) were received and treated in a very welcoming way. Francesca as vet was amazing checking my cat, hearing my concerns and advising on her health. The receptionist lady (sorry, forgot her name) as well was very kind with us. Very happy to have such good people and service in the neighborhood.

We have got the VIP membership for the second year now and are very happy with the service. We recommend the vet practice to anyone in the Wimbledon area.

My dog is registered at Mitcham, but they had no appointments so booked here. The car park doesn’t have much room and if it’s full definitely park on a side road. I was told by the receptionist it would be fine to leave it anywhere by the car park but nearly got a ticket. The waiting area is quite poky and easily gets full, but the vet was brilliant. Reassured all of my concerns and came to a diagnosis quickly.

Bearded Dragon Sif - who is one of my Creature Companions at only 3+ years in age, did very much die of exhaustion from drowning recently, I did all that I could in reviving her to a conscience state and felt very sad that she was dying... I called CJ Hall Vets team - they were the only hope that Sif had for any immediate examination, and I will always appreciate to that end the endeavours that each and every one of them put effort into, to ensuring that not only did the Human Companion grow happy with the outstanding professional medical services delivered - BUT that the Creature Companion was put first, and I trust CJ Hall Vets for this very said reason. Can't recommend enough. My rabbit had an abscess and needed surgery, unfortunately, they couldn't remove it all and a month later her leg needed to be amputated. As my rabbit was feisty I couldn't do the post-surgery care by myself and they boarded her and took amazing care of her and let her husbun stay with her for emotional support for free. I am devastated that I moved out and need to change vets as I doubt I will find someone as gentle and professional for my fur babies.

Really thorough veterinary examination for my sick ferret. The vet is clearly an expert in exotic species and they go all out to do the best for your pet. Where most vets would just offer antibiotics for a chest infection, Matthew offered lots of diagnostic tests to rule out something more serious and even did some dental work while the ferret was unconscious anyway. If you don't have insurance and just want your pet to be treated asap for a reasonable cost, this is not the vet for you as it's really expensive. However if you want human-level healthcare for an exotic pet then 100% this is the place.

Churchill and I saw Matthew this morning he took the time to answer my questions listened to me and then gave clear answers. No hard sell just care and you could clearly see he knew what he was doing. Thank you we will see you next year for our pre winter check 🐢

I absolutely LOVE this team! They’re always so sweet and attentive when I bring my two babies there! From the doctors to the front desk, I can say this is the BEST team ever! Both of my kittens were neutered there, and the team always calls me the next day to know how they’re doing. Honestly, I feel so safe and confident when I go there, that I definitely don’t mind to pay the price. My cat’s safety comes first, and I know they love each and every single patient and if they were their own! Zaya and Nacho say “Love you all!”

Professional, caring, and clearly love what they do! I had my little furball stay at their cattery for two weeks. The staff was very understanding and attentive to our needs, questions, and concerns. They showed us the entire facility a few weeks prior and explained their entire structure of the cattery. The place is kept very clean and organized. Everything is on a structured schedule, every little thing has its place and purpose. They have plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor cats and also have indoor "cabins" with windows to the outside (wherever possible). The layout of the entire hotel is very cleverly planned out. The price is also very reasonable, especially for the quality of service you receive! We also received updates twice a week with pictures. If your cat is someone who is fine with staying in such a hotel with other cats, then I would highly recommend this place! 5 stars across the board! As a bonus, it's a medical center, i.e. trained professionals and vets are the ones taking care of your pets. So knowing that they are properly equipped to deal with unforeseen circumstances definitely takes away a bit of stress while being away.

We bring my small dog here about once a year to have his glands cleaned when he’s looking uncomfortable, sore and licking a lot. It’s not the nicest procedure for our poor pooch but the nurse and staff always welcome him warmly and are very gentle and kind to him. You can tell they really care about the animals. Our pooch comes out with his tail waggling. Would highly recommend Animal Medical Centre

My cat stayed in the outdoor cattery for 6 nights. It is priced well and I liked that they were part of a vet in case anything happened. Only downside is I wish they could provide more regular updates instead of one. Will use their services again.
