I had to have my old Border Terrier Rufus put to sleep. I was dreading it. The team at Village Vet on Masbro Road were so kind and considerate during the process. All of the staff, from the receptionist to the vet, were brilliant and sensitive. He passed away painlessly and with dignity. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but I'm so glad I had this team oversee it. They were so kind to Rufus and to us. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This is our local vet, and Puzzle absolutely loves coming here. He won’t let me walk past without trying to drag me in (even after hours) 🤣 The staff are so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 10/10, would wholeheartedly recommend this beacon of exceptional pet care!

Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

called and in the same day I had an appointment for my cat, he was very well treated and the vet understood and was patient with him as he likes to inspect and smell everything, he is very curious. She answered all my questions regarding his health and weight. I also took my other cat who is very anxious and scared of everyone as she was mistreated as a kitten and they were very kind and patient with her, they also cut her nails being very patient and reassuring her at all times even though she was being a bit feral! the only thing is that the page never works for me to book appointments and I have to call

The staff are lovely, super friendly and take fantastic care. My kitten had her spay yesterday, received update and a picture of her via WhatsApp which I thought was a lovely touch. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

So far so good. Lovely separate waiting space for cats. Been there to sign my cat to the practice and then to have a vaccine. Vets were a calming presence to my nervous cat each time. Parking at the back. Nice late appointment enable me to go along after work. Signed up to their care plan as it makes economical sense to us.

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. 💯%

I’ve been coming to Abingdon Vet since 2009 and although I was very sad when the previous owner vet left, I have been happy with the current vets so far. Every staff is friendly and professional, too. I think the resident vet, Jose, is so knowledgeable. He got to the bottom of my dog’s illness and she is now stable with the right treatment and doing well. I have moved a bit further from the practice now but I’m not changing the vet any time soon!

My experience with Abingdon Veterinary Clinic was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted my cat so warmly, making us feel right at home. I am following up on my last review about poor behaviour of a member of the staff. I have received a very apologetic call from the lovely nurse Huma in the meantime. What a star employee and pleasure to speak to! The clinic should count themselves lucky to have her. She was empathetic and understanding and listed to me and helped to find a way forward for my dog. My Gecko was stuck in a rock. I rang numerous local vets to get help…but “because he’s a lizard”- I had to “see a specialist”. The specialist wanted £150 just to walk in… then £60 for anaesthetic….then to pay for whatever the treatment is. Goddard Vets Uxbridge gave me an appointment straight away. They managed to get him free in minutes, popped him out like a cork and they didn’t even charge me for it. I honestly can’t recommend them enough- thankyou 😄

Goddard is the vet I use for my cat. They are very friendly and helpful here Recently I was given an injured squirrel, which I had to take to Goddards to see if she could be saved. Sadly she couldn't, however, they treated the creature kindly and humanely. I offered to pay for their services, but they wouldn't take anything and refused a donation. No vets are cheap, but I feel happy that mine has a heart.

We’ve been seeing Daniel now with all our pets for over a decade, even after we moved some distance away! He is such a clever vet, always knows what is right for our dogs. Took my 12 week puppy here as she was suffering with a bad belly they properly checked her over and found what the problem was, She has also had her vaccination here. Such a nice vets with friendly staff. After many seeing many prices from other vets I can say my vets 24/7 has very fair prices and is not out to make money off customers and actually cares about the animals!

Great team with that friendly and approachable attitude. We are good we registered both our little kittens with them. They've never made it kittens feel apprehensive about being at the 'vets' and so far addressed all minor and one slightly major issue (injured paw) with fair ease. Highly recommend for all pet owners.
