Great vets. Signed my cat up to get castrated, joining the vets was super easy. Very easy communication and clear process. My cat came back well looked after, with a great quality cone which I haven’t seen before!! Very friendly team and very clean inside. Reasonably priced (for London) and would definitely recommend.

An absolutely amazing vet. They’ve managed to always find time and work out getting us the best appointment we need. Great communication, they are always able to offer advice on any issues we’ve had as well via phone. The team take their time and really spend a lot of care comforting my dog. It’s great going to a place where you feel like it’s all taken care of with highly skilled staff.

I recently brought my greyhound, Winnie, to Hello Vet for dental treatment, which involved the removal of two teeth. As a dentist myself, I was particularly impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown by the team. The team took excellent care of Winnie throughout the process, ensuring she was comfortable and well looked after. Communication was prompt, clear, and effective, which made the entire experience stress-free. I also really appreciated the two follow-up review appointments offered, as it showed their commitment to thorough post-treatment care. Winnie is now happy and healthy, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team.

I recently brought my dog to Hello Vet, and the experience was outstanding. My dog can be a bit unsettled in new situations, but the team went out of their way to make him feel comfortable & safe, catering to his needs with consideration & care. The environment was calm and welcoming, which made a real difference for both of us. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each aspect of my dog’s care without oversimplifying or rushing through details, and leaving me feeling listened to throughout the visit. Having had dogs and worked with dogs my whole life, I’ve seen a variety of vets. Hello Vet truly stood out in their thoughtful approach. Another thing I appreciated was that there was no pressure to opt for expensive procedures or medications. The team provided honest, tailored recommendations that prioritized my dog’s well-being, not upsells. The service was efficient yet thorough, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

All the staff at Roundwood Vets are so lovely. We have always been able to be seen quickly when we’ve had any issue with our dogs. They give the pets great care and attention. Our dog is never scared or worried about going in there (despite having to go a few times!) Thank you.

I recently took my pet to Roundwood Vets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. Used to go to Highgate Vet until changed of ownership and the increased in fee. Found this local vet in google Map when my pup had an upset stomach. Very friendly receptionist and doctor. Charged reasonable price for consultation.

We just registered our dog Paddington at Aylmer Parade and the difference with the local Medivet is stark. Josh is calm, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If the apocalypse came tomorrow and the only person with medical training available to treat your gunshot wounds or zombie claw marks was a vet, you'd want it to be Josh. Sorry, I know that's a weird thing to put in a review of a veterinary surgery but I just watched The Last Of Us and it's front of mind. You can't be too careful these days!

I can’t recommend Snoots Vet enough! Even though it’s a 50-minute drive for me, I would choose them over my local vet any day (and my local vet is great!). Snoots just has such a homely atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Jonathan, the founder, is directly in touch with clients, which really shows the level of care and dedication they provide. The team makes you feel like your pet is truly in the best hands. Just back from Snoots with my 7yo cat. After a nightmarish time with previous vets it's safe to say the experience was thorough, caring, civilised and the prescription prices are bare minimum. Really pleased I made this decision for the cat. Plus he loves the welcome treats too (he's so fussy!)

The Snoots team are lovely. Our bulldog genuinely can't wait for his visits, and they've been very helpful with his health issues. It's very nice to have peace of mind that you don't have to pay for each individual visit, and prescriptions are very good value. Would definitely recommend.

I first discovered Snoots while searching for a local vet for my first pet, Samuel. On a particularly hot day, I was welcomed with a refreshing offer of water. The clinic's cleanliness was impressive, and there was no waiting time as I had arrived on schedule. Despite my initial nervousness about taking Samuel to the vet for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr. Rachael was amazing; she reassured me that I was doing everything right and that Samuel was in great health. She conducted a thorough examination, calming Samuel when he got a bit anxious. He even received a treat for his good behavior, and though he was ready to head home (walking into his carrier on his own), we both left the clinic feeling more confident and relaxed. Samuel had clean ears, clipped nails, and a positive health report. Snoots is a subscription service, and Dr. Rachel was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. I left feeling completely confident that Snoots was the best place to entrust Samuel's care during his first year with me. The overall experience at Snoots was exceptional. Samuel had a good old nap afterwards.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

My nearly 3 year old, anxious Maltese has been going to Highgate Veterinary Clinic since he was a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr Jennie, Dr Beccy, and the rest of the team enough. Their patience, willingness to be accommodating, and their high standard of care are exemplary. When an anxious dog pulls you to get inside the vet office, it is a true sign that they are doing everything right!

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. Maureen and her team at Hoxton Vet have been fantastic in every way: the veterinary expertise, availability and responsiveness, and the personability. My dog, who is a rescue, has some unique challenges, and the team at Hoxton Vet (who BTW are all women) have gone above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely incredible service from Kiki. She was amazing with our new kitten and showed an obvious love of animals and of her job. She really took the time to explain not only vaccines etc but also suggestions of preventative health care for our kitten, such as suitable food, flea treatment and teeth cleaning. Kiki created such a stress free environment for our kitten that the kitten even fell asleep on the counter. The whole consultation was not rushed and incredibly informative! I would like to share my experience with the veterinarian David Condesa Rubiera. My dog Rico is almost 15 years old, so you can imagine how many veterinarian I have had to visit over the years. David is by far the best! My dog has a lot of health issues and needed to have 26 teeth removed. Other vets have refused to remove them due to my dogs heart condition and age, but David did not hesitate. He went through the pros and cons and all worked out well. He was recommended to me by other dog owners who also speak so highly of him. David is extremely professional, gets to the point, patient, caring and understanding. I can not speak any higher of him. An amazing team of people who are understanding and caring. I was desperate for an appointment, my usual branch didn’t have any as I had missed the appointment due to being stuck in traffic, but my poor cat had a wound under his neck and needed to be seen. Receptionist was swift to find the same day appointment for us. Vet Grace was absolutely fantastic and understanding, she and the nurse working the shift with her took great care of my cat ( he’s not a great fan of the vets and gets into his tiger mode). Grace suggested the best way for me to treat my poorly cat at home? understood my financial situation and why I opted for a home care option rather than having him treated at the vets for a few days. Keeping in touch with the surgery via email and sending them pictures with updates of the wound gave me assurance that everything will be okay. Thank you team!❤️ Definitely recommend signing up with this branch if you haven’t already!

Took a cat my sister found wandering late last night in Palmeston Rd. These vets could not have been more helpful. Lovely calm atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to trace the cat's owner from the unregistered chip, as well as checking her over, feeding her, and settling her into their cattery whilst they wait to hear from her owner, via the vet that chipped her. Really very impressed with their care. Am considering moving from my own vets to these vets. First class.

We originally came to Pawvet in an emergency, because of their out-of-hours service, when our dog broke her toe. We were in a total state, but Rinat and her team really took care of Luna, and us, both during the immediate event and throughout the long recovery period. We switched to them as our regular vet, and we couldn't be more happy with the care they offer. Everyone who works at Pawvet is calm and kind, and they really get to know the animals they look after. We totally trust them to look after Luna, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My Lab was spayed (Keyhole/Laparoscopy) here recently and I cannot speak more highly of the service and treatment she received. All staff were so kind, diligent and friendly and cannot thank them enough for how well they looked after her. Would recommend to anyone looking to spay their dog or looking for a good vet.
