Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

I recently brought my dog to Hello Vet, and the experience was outstanding. Great vets. Signed my cat up to get castrated, joining the vets was super easy. Very easy communication and clear process. My cat came back well looked after, with a great quality cone which I haven’t seen before!! Very friendly team and very clean inside. Reasonably priced (for London) and would definitely recommend.

I recently brought my greyhound, Winnie, to Hello Vet for dental treatment, which involved the removal of two teeth. As a dentist myself, I was particularly impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown by the team. The team took excellent care of Winnie throughout the process, ensuring she was comfortable and well looked after. Communication was prompt, clear, and effective, which made the entire experience stress-free. I also really appreciated the two follow-up review appointments offered, as it showed their commitment to thorough post-treatment care. I am very impressed with the care given to all my pets (rabbits Pumpkin and Spice and beagle Sailor) Recently Sailor has been ill, they have followed up with how he is, run tests quickly and reassured me throughout the process!

Best Vets ever! I transferred to Vets on the Common from another local vet and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. The love and care they gave my dog was amazing. They work with you and your budget and always keep the health and happiness of your pet in mind. They truly care for your pets and it shows. I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. To be honest as an international student I was full of strangers to London, but what Ms. nadia did made me fall a little bit in love with the city. ❤️Ms. nadia if you can read this message that would be great, I want to tell you that I wanted to give you a gift 🎁to show my appreciation when it was all over but everything was so rushed that I missed it. Our 1.5 years old female British Blue female seemed to have a UTI (on a Saturday at 8-9pm) so we called the London Animal Hospital and they said that while non life threatening she must have been in pain and they could see her soon. The vet and the nurse on call were both super kind and would explain everything in details to us. You can tell that they love animals and are super competent. I couldn’t recommend more this place to look well after your pets

Staff were very friendly. My cat had a neutering surgery, and it went really well. The wound was made to the bare minimum, and she is now recovering super well too. I would recommend.

This vets is superb. All the staff are kind to both pets and owners, experienced and knowledgeable and really respectful. The veterinary Magda has cared for our cats since they were kittens and we have followed her as she moved jobs. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Everyone in the surgery is attentive, caring and friendly. My anxious dog is given time to feel comfortable before being looked at and given tasty snack to break the ice :-) Thank you Mayow Vet Team

We had the best experience today at Mayow Veterinary surgery. Our greyhound ripped her dew claw on a walk and they saw us immediately. The vet, Alex was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and gave her the best care. He also gave us a lesson in how to get a fussy dog to take a pill! The nurse, Kate was also great as were the friendly and very welcoming receptionists, Toni and Vanessa. All round a great experience and we were so grateful to get the claw removed and the paw bandaged so quickly. Thank you!

Mayow Veterinary Clinic is amazing, they were kind and professional with my cat, saw him quickly and resolved his problem and my anxiety about him. I’m so glad Aslan has them as his lovely vet practice they are brilliant.

The vet is excellent but outrageously expensive… The prices have gone up enormously and I don’t see how they can be justified… We took our dog in just for a brief 20’ check up cost £68.00

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

I had my girl spayed here following the xl bully ban. After hearing so many horror stories of dogs not making it through surgery all over UK vets, I was scared & cried when leaving her. Her stitching was amazingly done. Got loads of comments from people on how well and clean the stitching looked. She was neatly shaved. Had a few problems of her bleeding but they referred me to an emergency out of hours PSDA & they were amazing too. She healed so well. Only thing I weren’t too happy with is one of the vets being too afraid to check her during her check up appointment despite her being muzzled & me lifting her up to make it easier for her to see the stitches. She didn’t show any signs of aggression. Eventually, another vet was called into the room who weren’t afraid and checked her out. Lady who discharged my girl was lovely also. Shame I didn’t get their names. Thank you guys so much.

Just been to PDSA in bow and the lady call Kelly help with my dog LULU. Kelly is so kind and help she really take care of you and make you feel at ease.

My 3 year Cat Honey became unwell so quickly and PDSA staff were amazing from the receptionists, nurses and Vets. They were so amazing, helpful, professional and understanding. My Cat passed away but they did all they could and gave enough time and information to go thru this difficult time. Many thanks and appreciation to the PDSA team in Bow E3. You do a great service for the pets and their owners.

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. We would like to thank the brilliant team at Village vets Highbury . I can’t recommend this team enough. Every member of the team is compassionate , highly skilled and finally, there is now continuity of care with the head vet Justin, who is such an asset to the team and a very skilled vet. The nursing team led by Maleeha is fabulous and if you have a nervous pet the team go above and beyond to help your pet relax and have a positive experience. They are never short of cuddles and encouragement. We recently lost our beloved dog Pip to old age and we know without their quality care she would not have lived a long as she did and pain free. If you want high quality care then this is the vets for you. Thank you team, we will always be grateful.

I took my maltipoo for the 2nd vaccination. It all went very well. The staff were very professional and friendly, assisting me on every matter I had. I highly recommend them.
