Very impressed with the care my cat has received here. The reception team are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and booked my cat in to see the vet that same day when she needed it. The vet, Kajani, has been brilliant with my very nervous rescue cat. She managed to keep my cat calm and carry out an examination and necessary swabs. This cat won't usually let anyone apart from me (and not even me sometimes!) touch her, so I was amazed at how much she managed to do to her. My cat is doing well on the treatment she prescribed. Thanks very much.

I recently took my happy and friendly Pomchi Coco to Vets Waltham Forest for her annual vaccination 24 September at 8am, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The appointment ran on time, and the vet was incredibly compassionate and attentive. They gave her lots of cuddles and attention, and even treated her to her favorite liver paste, which made the visit enjoyable for her. Despite having to wear a muzzle, she showed no anxiety, which speaks volumes about how comfortable the vet made her feel. I really appreciate the level of care they provided for my fur baby. Highly recommend this vet!

So very thankful for Kajani, Lutz & Ewa (and team) for taking care of my girl, this tooth extraction went as well as it could have and I am really appreciatative of all the extra effort you put in to help with her, and keep her settled (we are always so sorry for her constant singing!). Brilliant vets, we have been multiples times and are now regulars. Very calm environment for our often nervous (of vets) dog & cat. Very reasonable pricing and no up selling. Highly recommended.

Vets always exceeded their professionalism and expertise. Had up and downs with receptionists but to be honest, it was mainly one person to have been a little too firm and strict. Been going to this clinic since 2014 and, even if I now have moved further away, I am still going there for the care of my two cats.

The staff at Mile End are so lovely! Taytos first visit to the vet for her 2nd vax was a complete success. Thanks to the lovely woman at the desk and the vet for making her feel so calm and loved 🥰 highly recommend.

The vet's practice receptionist and vet are very welcoming. The practice is clean and warm. The vet took great care with Finn, my Scottish Terrier puppy who had his final inoculation and Kennel cough vaccination today. The vet's advice on Finn's care and treatment was very clear and helpful.

We always have such a pleasant experience at Goddard Vets in Hackney. The team look after Monty so well. Special shout out to vet nurses Kelly and Charlotte - you girls are amazing and are so good at your jobs!

This branch of the Goddard group are flat out amazing. Our Staffy Toby has been registered here since we brought him home and the care they have given him (and his obsessive puppy parents) has been amazing. They are working with us to try and sort our little guys allergy problem. I can't recommend them highly enough. Toby also says thank you for his "ball in lieu of treats" he loves it - even if he shows how much by ripping the outer cover off!! Thanks to vet Emma who I spoke to today and each and every person from the moment we arrived to leaving. You guys rock!!

Our dog Duffy is quite nervous. The staff are absolutely lovely towards her and myself. I get a great professional service and would recommend this place. We have seen The Vet Poppy on a few occasions. She remembers us, and is extremely: kind, patient and informative.

I am so grateful to the Celia Hammond staff for helping my cat Chimi. She had an accident with a knocked out tooth and was seen in an emergency. I panicked so much, but they were able to take care of her. You guys are super heroes!

I took my two beautiful kittens to Celia Hammond to have their first vaccination. The veterinary doctor was so lovely and friendly that she fell in live with my kittens and took pictures of them. She gave me very good advice about my kittens. The vets are very passionate about they job's . All staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend Celia Hammond Animal Trust. You can also adopt cats and kitten here. I adopt my two elderly cats from here 13 years ago.

So impressed by this centre. Really professional throughout. Staff are all great playing a vital role. And I love Miyah so much. She'd been in there for a long time as she is 8 amd people want younger cats. She's adorable and so chill. A total sweetheart

What an amazing place? I took my 7 month old kitten to get spayed. I didn't have very much money but I'm a responsible pet lover and I wanted my baby to be well taken care of. The staff, the volunteers at Celia Hammond took great care of her and gave me a few suggestions for her recovery. She is home now and full of life.

Took my reactive lurcher here today for a health check and vaccine booster. The place is clean and has a divider between cat and dog waiting areas. The staff are professional but kind and friendly. They made sure I was able to keep my dog at a distance from other animals and in the past have called me when it’s my turn if I choose to wait outside. I definitely recommend this Vetinary practice

I was given a range of treatment options and prices so I could choose what best suited my situation, instead of being guilt tripped into the most expensive thing. This morning my dog had some blood in his urine and when I called the Elizabeth street veterinary clinic, they were very helpful and found an appointment for me very quickly. When I came in, everyone was absolutely lovely and nice. The vet I met with took time to understand what was going on, asking a lot of questions and not jumping into conclusions. She took some time to reassure me and explain the next steps in order for my dog to receive the proper care. Thank you so so much! I am very grateful!

I feel that my cats get the best care here. I was previously with another Vets, when one of my cats had an emergency and was referred to Elizabeth Street. The care and attention was amazing. I felt well informed with the regular calls and emails I received not only whilst he was there, but also when he returned home. I feel that I can contact them at anytime with any concerns and I will get advice. There is a great team here. Thank you guys

I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vet’s. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.

Have been with the practice for 4 years. Nara, our Shiba Inu, has been looked after really well through joint issues, infections, allergy diagnosis, vaccinations & Animal Health Check Certificates. The team have been thorough, helpful and personable. There is always useful advice made available and it is explained in a simple way (for example the animal health check certificate process was well explained in person and followed up over email with the courier for our dog when travelling to Spain) It has always been straightforward to access medical records and make insurance claims. We have been very satisfied with our experience at the vets. There's a handy shop inside too should you need anything from hypoallergenic food, to toys and puppy training gear. Truly amazing vet practice the Wood Wharf Vets! I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Wood Wharf Vet Clinic! I brought my male cat Onyx in for neutering this morning and, like any pet parent, was nervous, especially since I had to go to work right after. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Becky and a kind gentleman at the reception. Yekaterina, who looked after my cat, was incredibly knowledgeable and caring, which instantly put my mind at ease. Thanks to them, I was able to go through my busy day without constantly worrying. When I returned to pick up my cat after his procedure, Amy, another lovely member of the Wood Wharf staff, took the time to go over all the post-op care instructions both verbally and in writing, ensuring I felt confident about his recovery. The level of professionalism and compassion at Wood Wharf is a world apart from my previous vet practice, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them as our new veterinary home. These guys have been amazing. We're doing 4+ different procedures over the next 6 months, at least 3 of which are large surgical procedures and the team have been great. Special shout out to both Becky and Coral for dealing with the insurance company when they've been difficult. You guys have been invaluable!
