After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. All the staff at Roundwood Vets are so lovely. We have always been able to be seen quickly when we’ve had any issue with our dogs. They give the pets great care and attention. Our dog is never scared or worried about going in there (despite having to go a few times!) Thank you.

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

I recently took my pet to Roundwood Vets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both my pet and I feel at ease. The clinic has a warm, comfortable atmosphere that immediately made me feel confident that my pet was in good hands.

Sadly our cat Alison had to be put down and we opted for a home visit. The whole process was very supportive and the vet Dr Clark really put everyone at ease. Although a very sad moment, I’m glad we choose Roundwood, many thanks to the team

The Snoots team are lovely. Our bulldog genuinely can't wait for his visits, and they've been very helpful with his health issues. It's very nice to have peace of mind that you don't have to pay for each individual visit, and prescriptions are very good value. Would definitely recommend.

I first discovered Snoots while searching for a local vet for my first pet, Samuel. On a particularly hot day, I was welcomed with a refreshing offer of water. The clinic's cleanliness was impressive, and there was no waiting time as I had arrived on schedule. Despite my initial nervousness about taking Samuel to the vet for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr. Rachael was amazing; she reassured me that I was doing everything right and that Samuel was in great health. She conducted a thorough examination, calming Samuel when he got a bit anxious. He even received a treat for his good behavior, and though he was ready to head home (walking into his carrier on his own), we both left the clinic feeling more confident and relaxed. Samuel had clean ears, clipped nails, and a positive health report. Snoots is a subscription service, and Dr. Rachel was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. I left feeling completely confident that Snoots was the best place to entrust Samuel's care during his first year with me. The overall experience at Snoots was exceptional. Samuel had a good old nap afterwards.

Just back from Snoots with my 7yo cat. After a nightmarish time with previous vets it's safe to say the experience was thorough, caring, civilised and the prescription prices are bare minimum. Really pleased I made this decision for the cat. Plus he loves the welcome treats too (he's so fussy!)

I recently brought my greyhound, Winnie, to Hello Vet for dental treatment, which involved the removal of two teeth. Great vets. Signed my cat up to get castrated, joining the vets was super easy. Very easy communication and clear process. My cat came back well looked after, with a great quality cone which I haven’t seen before!! Very friendly team and very clean inside. Reasonably priced (for London) and would definitely recommend.

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

Best Vets ever! I transferred to Vets on the Common from another local vet and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. The love and care they gave my dog was amazing. They work with you and your budget and always keep the health and happiness of your pet in mind. They truly care for your pets and it shows. I moved to Vets on the Common about a year ago now based on a recommendation from a friend. I have a 14 year old & an 11 year old dog. Both have lots of medical issues. Ellie & Michael are superb vets; very experienced & so, so gentle with nervous patients. They truly care about the practice & their patients. I know my two fur babies are in the safest possible hands in their old age. I have recommended to friends who are equally impressed with this superb practice.

I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Both my dogs are super excited to be at Vets on the Common which says a lot for their vet experiences.

My Rabbit needed an operation for what was thought at the time was for overgrown teeth. They were super accommodating, accepting her immediate and operation was done by the next day. All the staff are very lovely and supportive. Both vets I saw gave so much love to my pet and gave me very easy to understand information. I took her home with a clear plan for after care and they called me the next day to check. We are still in recovery now but I'm happy with plans for aftercare and support given to us! Thank you very much! Very grateful!

Great welcome at reception. The vet was kind and practical. I particularly appreciated she did not try to "up sell". She recognised Gen is healthy and well cared for so additional treatments, especially dental, would be superfluous.

I would like to share my experience with the veterinarian David Condesa Rubiera. My dog Rico is almost 15 years old, so you can imagine how many veterinarian I have had to visit over the years. David is by far the best! My dog has a lot of health issues and needed to have 26 teeth removed. Other vets have refused to remove them due to my dogs heart condition and age, but David did not hesitate. He went through the pros and cons and all worked out well. He was recommended to me by other dog owners who also speak so highly of him. David is extremely professional, gets to the point, patient, caring and understanding. I can not speak any higher of him. Thank you David.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. They care as much about our animals as we do! Through ups and downs, David and his team support has been unwavering. We can’t thank them enough for their dedication.

I had been with medivet for 10 year and with Cross Street branch at least 7years. I had to take my cats abroad with me since I moved for work. David was super helpful with the paperwork. Also he prioritized my bookings to speed up the time sensitive process. I strongly recommend Medivet as they are experienced in pet export processes and all the other cat health issues.

This is the best vet surgery with a fantastic friendly team. We moved to them when our dog had been diagnosed with diabetes and another practice had not provided good support. Sarah was superb from the start and I really regret not finding the Liverpool Road Medivet team earlier. Sadly our dog died recently. We couldn't have found a more comforting and sympathetic surgery to put her down and are really grateful for Sarah's support at a horrible time. I can't recommend Sarah and her team enough and thank them for supporting us.

Really good vet clinic in Islington. We moved inside the area and started going to Zasman later on - I was pleased to see more reasonable prices compared to the precious place, but most importantly - fabulous level of care and professionalism. Staff really know your pet’s name and everyone feels like they care :)

Salvo had a deep cut requiring urgent stitching . Veteris sent Ines one of their vets to my flat within 1 hour of phoning . She was really brilliant , caring , patient, meticulous and very professional. Everything was explained very clearly including the risks of the anaesthetic and the surgery . She gave him an anaesthetic and stitched the wound in my flat which took 2.5 hours in total . Everyone has been very helpful and attentive and I would recommend them highly .

Thank you so so much for looking after our Ruby girl in her final hours … having the amazing vet come to care for her at home was truly appreciated and gave Ruby the comfort she needed … nothing was a problem for the vet and she had so much care .. time and compassion in what was a very sad time … the service we received and the care was outstandingly amazing. Even down to the aftercare of Ruby being taken to be cremated was done with so much ease and thoughtfulness and nothing was a problem for our great vet ! .I really and truly can’t thank you enough for all the help you gave Ruby and the care you gave to us as a family .

We really valued the updates on when the vet would arrive, a very friendly and compassionate voice at the end of the phone. The vet reassured us that our dog was going to be ok and administered treatment. She took time to talk to us about our dog’s symptoms and demonstrated she was a true animal lover. They followed up with a courtesy call the following day to see how she was.

Almost a month ago, our 16 years old cat Nala, who is our greatest love, was dying at the end stage of pancreatitis. My husband and I called Veteris to give her an injection as she was screaming in pain. The vets who came visited her and told us she was in critical conditions but that we could try to do 1 night in intensive care and see what happened. If we did not do anything she would have died anyway by morning, injection or not. Obviously having one little hope we sent her to the hospital with them and after 3 days of intensive care, our Nala started her recovery which was miraculous! She is now doing great and my husband and I are counting every day the extra day that these incredible people have given us with our little love. The care and professionality that I have seen in that place was outstanding and it was the best spent money of my life. From the person answering the phone who was sweet and empathetic to the amazing Emeline that was so great in suggesting us what to do at such difficult moment, to the wonderful team at the hospital Vanessa above all. Thank you thank you! What you have done meant the world to us and this will be indeed a very merry Christmas.

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. Happy with the service and the staff at the reception was so polite and kept apologising for the delay but was understandable with the cases needed to be seen first and the vet explained in details so peace of mind and relief my issue was dealt and resolved
