Took my 3 year old Labrador for a recent health check with Nikianna recently. Easy to secure an appointment, excellent check and lots of help when I explained I couldn’t find a supplier to deliver hypoallergenic food. Karen suggested two different websites to try and also said to let her know if I was not successful. I was not successful and Karen had found d another supplier. I did and I was successful! I was so pleased and really grateful for Karen’s help. I highly recommended Medivet and Buddy rushes in the door every time we visit! Thanks to all xx

PLEASE READ!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. The entire team at Medivet Kingston has been nothing short of incredible. My dog needed to have 11 teeth removed, and he received the most attentive and compassionate care imaginable. Sammy looked after him throughout the entire procedure, and it was clear how deeply she cares for animals. She treated my dog as if he were her own, which, in my opinion, is the most important quality in any veterinary service. Our pets often feel anxious in such situations, and knowing they’re being looked after with such love and attention means everything. The vet who diagnosed my dog and helped organise his treatment, Nikianna, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She was not only thorough in her approach but also showed immense compassion and care, which really put me at ease. I highly recommend this team for their incredible dedication. They gave me the confidence and support I needed to stay calm and stress-free during what could have been a very worrying time. Their communication was fantastic - they called me three times throughout the day to keep me updated on the procedure and even checked in the following day to see how my dog was doing. This kind of follow-up is rare and truly appreciated. Huge thanks to the whole team for doing such an amazing job. It’s so hard to find a veterinary clinic like this, and I’m so grateful for their exceptional care.

The absolute best vet practise I have ever been to. The staff are so caring and the vets are amazing. We have a very ill little kitten and I never worry about taking him into the team at Ditton reach. They always make time for us and take care of our little cat as if he was their own. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I have been meaning to write this review all week. We recently moved our cat to Ditton Reach from another vets and in the same week he became unwell. We were seen 3 times at the drop of a hat and each time they reassured us and gave him an excellent level of care, that we weren’t receiving at the old practice. I couldn’t be happier with moving over to this vet surgery and would definitely recommend. The receptionist is also a wonderful, welcoming lady. Thank you!!

The vets are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and so kind. If necessary they make time to see you even when they are busy and are very reassuring. Receptionists are also sympathetic and helpful. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. 💯%

Twickenham vets and all of the staff were amazing when my cat had to stay at the vets to be nurses back to recovery after a serious dog attack. I don't think they wanted her to come home😊

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

Wonderful vet. Our dog has epilepsy which requires a lot of visits. Emma has been exceptionally attentive and reassuring throughout the difficult process of managing our dog’s condition. Moreover, I feel I can raise any issue with her and get an authoritative, considerate response. Katy also has been a fantastic help - very quick to respond to emails and deal with prescriptions. Overall, I would highly recommend this vet!

A seriously good vet practice! Every member of staff we’ve dealt with has been friendly, personable, approachable and caring. We have had immediate response to even the occasional paranoid concerns, which has brought great peace of mind. Highly recommended.

We had the most heartbreaking decision to make on 30th December 2024 to have our little girl Kira put to sleep. The vet that helped her was amazing and told us straight from the start the problems. She was compassionate and lovely and gave my husband and myself as much time as we wanted to spend with our little fur ball before we said our final goodbyes to her. The staff were absolutely amazing and understanding, and gave us options for a funeral. Kira our cat was much loved and when her ashes were returned to us it was so lovely as the casket we had for her were delivered with her ashes inside. The most wonderful thing we got was a small personal jar with some of her fur (they really got the best bits of her) and her paw prints. I am so greatfull for voo and every single member of the team who helped us through. We could not have asked for anything more. Well done to the team and much respect for what you do!

We are so happy with Voo Vets and the care they've given our pup Homer. He was admitted at only nine weeks old and we were absolutely distraught, but the team took such good care of him, and sent us regular updates with photos, which was a huge comfort. Everything we've needed since has been dealt with brilliantly by the team. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful and they're so happy to see Homer. We were also able to get an emergency appointment very quickly when needed. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you for your great work!

Rung Monday 5pm about our Cat Got an appointment next day for her to be seen. Very small but nice waiting room. Vet explained everything she was doing and took her out back for bloods. When leaving they made me a telephone appointment to discuss her blood results.

Kingston Vets has been amazing for our 2 cats. The vets are exceptional, and even the reception staff are knowledgeable and able to give advice when you need it. They’re reasonably priced, it’s easy to get an appointment, and the vets are really superb at their jobs. Time and time again, Kingston Vets have proven to me that their top priority is the wellbeing of my pets. I always know my cats are in the best of hands at Kingston Vets. We’ve brought them here since we first got them as kittens, so they’ve had all of their neutering, microchipping, and vaccines here as well. Most importantly, I think, I’ve never felt overcharged or like I was billed for something that we didn’t need. The vets don’t jump straight to extensive testing unless it’s really necessary, and they’re likely to suggest home remedies you can try yourself before jumping to medical interventions when possible. We’ve recently moved, and I’m devastated that we’ll have to change vets. I’ll always be grateful to Kingston Vets and the help and advice they’ve given us over the years. You truly couldn’t ask for more from a local veterinary surgery.

I cannot thank the vets enough. My old dog just passed away at home. As she was dying I spoke to both receptionist and the vet who were both so kind and understanding, the vet offered to come straight to my house, but my dear dog died quickly and not in any pain. They then came to take her away with so much kindness. I have my two other dogs with them and wouldn’t change my vets. They are down to earth the surgery may not be as glamorous as some but they are hands down far better vets who genuinely care. Many many thanks to the vets and their lovely receptionists. Hoping this shows up as a five even though they deserve 10⭐️

The practice took care of Obi, my friends cat, after we found he had died at home. They took care of us as much as him. The staff are wonderful, I can't thank them enough for making a difficult time less so.

The care at Aspen is exemplary. Everyone knows my dog and is genuinely pleased to see him. The staff on the desk are always friendly and know all his details and the care from the vets is first class. Susie has been taking care of an eye issue and Jasper is now fully healed and had such a positive experience that he didn't want to leave! I cannot thank everyone at Aspen enough for showing such consideration and high quality care.

We have been using aspen vet for our cat cookie whom is very unwell with severe anemia.. they have pretty much made miracles happen as cookie was so ill she nearly used up all her nine lives in one … but I’m glad to say that cookie is doing well and on the medication she needs .. after lots of blood tests … the vets and the receptionists have gone beyond what I would expect! An amazing team ! thank you from us all 💐

Knowledgeable and very helpful vets. As a first time puppy owner, they patiently listened to and answered my questions and were very thorough and reassuring with examining my puppy when we had a little scare of her falling. They were also brilliant on our first visit, the day after we brought my puppy at home - she was trembling and very nervous, but they put her at ease, and she is very happy to go to the vets now!

I have been using this practice for many years with my various pets. Lovely staff, always friendly and very professional. Parking an issue at the Bridge Road practice so add time to your appointment to enable you to find somewhere to park. If using public transport there is a bus stop close by.

I needed an emergency appointment for my dog this morning and they saw me right away. Very lovely staff (especially when my dog pood in the waiting room -sorry!!) So helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend

I have used this veterinary practice for many years for all kinds of animals - dogs, cats, degus, guinea-pigs and hamsters to name a few - all of which were treated with the same high level of care. The staff are friendly and have been very understanding and empathetic when it has been necessary to say goodbye to a much loved pet, no matter how big or small.

Very helpful friends caring staff who obviously care a great deal for the animals. Could not have made things easier for me and completely made sure I knew every step and had plenty of enough time to ask anything I wanted. Could not ask for a better veterinary group, amazing staff, especially Jane and Natalie
