I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Both my dogs are super excited to be at Vets on the Common which says a lot for their vet experiences.

I wanted to have my cat's EHC done and when I got to vets on common I realized I had the wrong hospital appointment. the doctors and staff at vets on common were very helpful in helping me how to fix the problem. Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. To be honest as an international student I was full of strangers to London, but what Ms. nadia did made me fall a little bit in love with the city. ❤️Ms. nadia if you can read this message that would be great, I want to tell you that I wanted to give you a gift 🎁to show my appreciation when it was all over but everything was so rushed that I missed it. Best Vets ever! I transferred to Vets on the Common from another local vet and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. The love and care they gave my dog was amazing. They work with you and your budget and always keep the health and happiness of your pet in mind. They truly care for your pets and it shows. Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. This is our local vet, and Puzzle absolutely loves coming here. He won’t let me walk past without trying to drag me in (even after hours) 🤣 The staff are so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough. I'm sure he wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for them. Just recently, they tried everything to make sure Pepper didn't have to go through a surgery, and they succeeded! I highly recommend them.

My dog ​​Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog ​​to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. Furthermore, I recently had a serious health problem with my dog ​​and they were so good and literally saved him! they gave him the best care possible without leaving anything out and in the following days they called me every day to check on the dog's health conditions until he was completely healed. I have lived in different parts of the world and have dealt with different vets, but honestly I have never found anyone as excellent and professional as them. We’ve been using CTvets for 4 years, absolutely excellent service, Stefano and Martina are brilliant vets, they’re straight on the problem and get to the bottom of it very quickly. They’re brilliant with our rescues Kate and Jade who are extremely anxious dogs. Reception staff are also amazing, quick responses and always so lovely. Just lovely people in general. Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I cannot recommend them highly enough .

I had gone in to see the vet for a recurring blood blister and happened to mention the groomers thought my dog had “a couple wobbly teeth”. Upon closer inspection, Paloma confirmed severe dental decay and infection and performed emergency dental extraction of 13 teeth! My dog is 12 and behaving like a puppy again. I had no idea how her teeth impacted her health and highly recommend Grove Park vets to give your dog a proper and safe dental check. I also would not recommend the teeth brushing at the groomers as they may be scraping off enamel for the teeth to look clean while ignoring the decay and disease behind the teeth. Thank you again Paloma and team! I’m positive you added years to my dog’s life.

My cat Henry is 10 years old and gets very stressed when it's time to see the vet. I found this service while browsing Google and called them because my big boy was unwell. Guy visited the day after, and I was very impressed by the way he took care of my crazy little black panther! I will book the annual vaccination with them soon, as visiting a pet home with the same vet each time makes a huge difference—especially if your furry friend is a potential serial killer, and the vet is as patient as Guy was with Henry!

The home visit service we received from Palace Vets was first class. Guy took his time with our little dog when she showed nervousness and couldn’t have handled her in a more considerate way. It took all of the stress out of travelling to and waiting in a vet practice. We will definitely be using Palace Vets again. I would highly recommend them!

Guy did a home visit for our cat today and I was so pleased we tried his service. He was thorough in his examination of Mook and he had a diagnosis and some helpful suggestions for managing, something that I had not got from other vets, despite attending them for similar problems. Thank you!

Guy at Palace Vets is the best vet around! Guy has listened attentively to my worries and sensitively handled my elderly cat. We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.

My dog is quite anxious, and taking him to the vet can be so frustrating as he won't let anyone touch / examine him. Natalia has been so amazing with him, I feel so lucky to have found her. She really cares about him and thinks ahead of how to accommodate him and support him when he is sick. She is always extremely responsive and thinks outside the box when needed. Having a rescue dog can be so scary from time to time and I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have her as my dog's vet.
