Kerri-anne, Jasmine and the whole Vet team are amazing. Always do lovely and friendly when I visit with my dog and you can tell they really care about the animals. Would recommended in a heartbeat.

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

I've been a client of CT Vets for about five years now and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. We see Martina regularly as one of my dogs has an incurable condition that requires medication and blood tests - and with Martina's help she's now in the best health she's ever been. Martina is a brilliant vet, the absolute best.

My dog ​​Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog ​​to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. Furthermore, I recently had a serious health problem with my dog ​​and they were so good and literally saved him! they gave him the best care possible without leaving anything out and in the following days they called me every day to check on the dog's health conditions until he was completely healed. I have lived in different parts of the world and have dealt with different vets, but honestly I have never found anyone as excellent and professional as them. Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I cannot recommend them highly enough .

I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough. I'm sure he wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for them. Just recently, they tried everything to make sure Pepper didn't have to go through a surgery, and they succeeded! I highly recommend them.

I moved to Vets on the Common about a year ago now based on a recommendation from a friend. I have a 14 year old & an 11 year old dog. Both have lots of medical issues. Ellie & Michael are superb vets; very experienced & so, so gentle with nervous patients. They truly care about the practice & their patients. I know my two fur babies are in the safest possible hands in their old age. I have recommended to friends who are equally impressed with this superb practice.

Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Both my dogs are super excited to be at Vets on the Common which says a lot for their vet experiences.

We had our first appointment with our recently rehomed cat today. Prior to this I had called and spoken to reception twice who were super helpful both times, I was a bit confused about our cats vaccine history and they really went above and beyond to check it over with a vet for us. We saw Nina today who was wonderful and provided us with advice, answered our questions as well as checked over our cat who was quite nervous but Nina was great with her. The Wolfe pack membership is an excellent option and we are really happy to have found such a lovely vets. Thank you!!✨

Absolutely brilliant experience with the lovely people at Wolfe. My little baby (miniature Schnauzer) Have been sick with blood present in it, I rushed her to Wolfe And they were incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable, professional and they made me feel much more relaxed about the situation. My dog was with them for two days and they took great care of her. Doctor Alonso What’s the person We spoke with the most. He was absolutely lovely. My dog has been recovering well all thanks to the lovely people here. It is a very impressive vet hospital, they have great communication from the moment you get there and they want nothing other than the best for your pet.

Switched to here a few months ago. Everyone I've met who works here is really nice, caring, friendly and helpful (to both humans and animals) and my dog is always excited to come. They explain everything well, they make you feel welcome and comfortable and very obviously all love animals. The most major thing we've had to do was get our dog spayed which all went very smoothly and she recovered really quickly (thankyou George 😊) I trust them so much more and feel more comfortable than the last vets we were at and believe my dog does too.

They looked after my baby boy wonderfully, he has never been away for me in his whole 4 Years and they loved and cared for him all day. Thank you so much to all of the staff, i was so Anxious to Leave him, but they were all amazing. He came home had a good sleep and woke up the next morning his usual lively self 💕

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Without a doubt, the best vet clinic we have ever visited. After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. Without the vets and technicians at this clinic, our best friend wouldn't be with us today, we are truly grateful to everyone involved. This vet practice is brilliant. I always feel like the vet genuinely cares about animals. She's great with the chaos of my 3 dogs, and I always leave fully understanding what I need to do treatment wise. Just wish I could have a whole year where 1 of my dogs didn't need to see a vet, but that's what I get with 1 old dog and one drama queen dog.

My dog is a patient at the Ealing branch, but on a couple of occasions we've been referred to the Chiswick one instead and on both situations we've come away feeling extremely grateful. The the vets, surgeons, nurses and receptionists at this practice are truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient. From making you a lovely cup of tea to explaining costs in great details, nothing is ever too much for them. We've very lucky to be local to them.

Village Vet is a wonderful place. I've been with them for years and I've always received exceptional care for my pets. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When I temporarily moved to another area I was disappointed with the service at the local clinic. Neither my cat nor I felt the same level of warmth attention and kindness that we've always experienced at Village Vet. I returned to Village Vet even though it meant a longer commute. Thank you for all the years of excellent care you've provided to me and my furry friends.

Village Vet St Johns Wood has been my vet practice for almost 25 years. Over the last eight years with my two rescue cats in particular, they have always gone above and beyond with their care, compassion and expertise. I still treasure their kindness and empathy when our darling Norma Jeane died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack this summer. Her brother Arthur has had various and often serious and complicated health issues over the last few years too, but this practice has been incredible. Every member of staff from the lovely receptionists, to wonderful vet nurse Alex to the amazing vet Kelly have gone out of their way to find the best way to keep him happy and healthy, often working many hours in their own time to search for solutions. The staff here all clearly have huge love and care for all the animals they look after. Arthur is currently purring away next to me contentedly and it's all down to the truly wonderful staff at Village Vet St John's Wood.

A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten. She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart ;) Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyone’s day. I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.
