My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. This is our local vet, and Puzzle absolutely loves coming here. He won’t let me walk past without trying to drag me in (even after hours) 🤣 The staff are so kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

I had gone in to see the vet for a recurring blood blister and happened to mention the groomers thought my dog had “a couple wobbly teeth”. Upon closer inspection, Paloma confirmed severe dental decay and infection and performed emergency dental extraction of 13 teeth! My dog is 12 and behaving like a puppy again. I had no idea how her teeth impacted her health and highly recommend Grove Park vets to give your dog a proper and safe dental check. I also would not recommend the teeth brushing at the groomers as they may be scraping off enamel for the teeth to look clean while ignoring the decay and disease behind the teeth. Thank you again Paloma and team! I’m positive you added years to my dog’s life.

Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. I moved to Vets on the Common about a year ago now based on a recommendation from a friend. I have a 14 year old & an 11 year old dog. Both have lots of medical issues. Ellie & Michael are superb vets; very experienced & so, so gentle with nervous patients. They truly care about the practice & their patients. I know my two fur babies are in the safest possible hands in their old age. I have recommended to friends who are equally impressed with this superb practice.

Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I cannot recommend them highly enough .

I've been a client of CT Vets for about five years now and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. We see Martina regularly as one of my dogs has an incurable condition that requires medication and blood tests - and with Martina's help she's now in the best health she's ever been. Martina is a brilliant vet, the absolute best.

I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough. I'm sure he wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for them. Just recently, they tried everything to make sure Pepper didn't have to go through a surgery, and they succeeded! I highly recommend them.

My dog ​​Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog ​​to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. We had a bit of medium grade urgency issue away from the home vet. We were able to be seen and solved efficiently and professionally without a financial penalty by a friendly team. Really glad that our friend recommended we go here.

Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. Great experience all round. Thanks!

They looked after my baby boy wonderfully, he has never been away for me in his whole 4 Years and they loved and cared for him all day. I have used The Animal Clinic for many years, from my previous dog to my current puppy. The team have always been welcoming and very friendly, offering clear advice through each part of process. This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

My dog is a patient at the Ealing branch, but on a couple of occasions we've been referred to the Chiswick one instead and on both situations we've come away feeling extremely grateful. The the vets, surgeons, nurses and receptionists at this practice are truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient. From making you a lovely cup of tea to explaining costs in great details, nothing is ever too much for them. We've very lucky to be local to them.

This vet practice is brilliant. I always feel like the vet genuinely cares about animals. She's great with the chaos of my 3 dogs, and I always leave fully understanding what I need to do treatment wise. Just wish I could have a whole year where 1 of my dogs didn't need to see a vet, but that's what I get with 1 old dog and one drama queen dog.

Without a doubt, the best vet clinic we have ever visited. After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten. She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart ;) Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyone’s day. I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.

My dog is quite anxious, and taking him to the vet can be so frustrating as he won't let anyone touch / examine him. Natalia has been so amazing with him, I feel so lucky to have found her. She really cares about him and thinks ahead of how to accommodate him and support him when he is sick. She is always extremely responsive and thinks outside the box when needed. Having a rescue dog can be so scary from time to time and I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have her as my dog's vet.
