I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 10/10, would wholeheartedly recommend this beacon of exceptional pet care!

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

LB very much enjoyed his visit to Pet People to see Dr Spiro. Spiro is very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave LB lots of attention and I felt reassured that we were in safe hands. Wonderful care from Richard this evening for our parents’ cat.

We having been going to Goddard Vets in Dundonald Road for over 4 years, Richard has cared for our Chow Chow since she was 6 months old and is simply the best veterinary professional we have met in over 15 years. Compared to all the other vets in Wimbledon he is absolutely the most professional, polite, courteous and intelligent vet we have ever met. We feel very privileged that Richard is our vet and have 100% respect and confidence in him. I always highly recommend Richard and the Goddard Veterinary Group for their honest and caring attitude towards people and their pets.

Richard and all the staff helped us out on the hardest day and with the hardest decision of my life! We had to let our special dog Dexter meet the angels and they made the whole process a lot easier. Totally professional, sympathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been left so impressed by them and would recommend anyone to them. Thanks very much from the bottom of my heart!

Our regular vet Richard at Goddard Dundonald Road surgery couldn't be better. Our dog loves her visits to him, and all her health issues have been dealt with quickly and completely . We've also benefited from advice at the out of hours service at Goddard Stone Lion which was also excellent.

Staff are caring and attentive. They offer clear and detailed advice explaining the reasons and exploring all options. We have experienced the full range - from first check up to 17 years later, end of life. They were with us the whole way through this journey, compassionate and understanding, even taking cost planning into consideration.

They are very caring and kind to my cat and supportive to me. They have provided an excellent service and I have confidence in their advice.

Although Medivet Southfields were not our registered vet, I brought my dog in hoping for an urgent consult as she was suddenly clearly in a lot of pain and our own vet did not have an appointment for several hours. We were registered and seen to incredibly quickly by very caring and understanding staff. They found the cause of the pain and resolved our issue. I couldn’t be more grateful for what they did for us today and will opt to choose them in the future as our regular vet.

The staff are always helpful and kind when it is needed. We trust the team and always receive excellent care for our cat.

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

I wanted to have my cat's EHC done and when I got to vets on common I realized I had the wrong hospital appointment. the doctors and staff at vets on common were very helpful in helping me how to fix the problem. Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. To be honest as an international student I was full of strangers to London, but what Ms. nadia did made me fall a little bit in love with the city. ❤️Ms. nadia if you can read this message that would be great, I want to tell you that I wanted to give you a gift 🎁to show my appreciation when it was all over but everything was so rushed that I missed it. Best Vets ever! I transferred to Vets on the Common from another local vet and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. The love and care they gave my dog was amazing. They work with you and your budget and always keep the health and happiness of your pet in mind. They truly care for your pets and it shows. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did from the beginning to the end ❤️

I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Both my dogs are super excited to be at Vets on the Common which says a lot for their vet experiences.

My Rabbit needed an operation for what was thought at the time was for overgrown teeth. They were super accommodating, accepting her immediate and operation was done by the next day. All the staff are very lovely and supportive. Both vets I saw gave so much love to my pet and gave me very easy to understand information. I took her home with a clear plan for after care and they called me the next day to check. We are still in recovery now but I'm happy with plans for aftercare and support given to us! Thank you very much! Very grateful!

I'm actually speechless. These guys are like having a privately tailored Veterinary service revolving around your needs and the needs of your pet. They were sooo wonderful, accommodating, kind and professional too. I went in with my 3 Yr old Chow chow for a dental surgery. My fluffy hates going to the vets she gets terrified and starts shaking immediately. Not this time. She was so comfortable with the team at Urban Vets, that she even accepted treats from them! ( never happened in her life). She did not tremble or shake in anyway which is a first ever for her. I was so at ease with the staff that I felt comfortable leaving her there the whole day. The dental procedure went extremely well too!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Really an amazing team there. Will recommend you guys to my Chow chow whatsapp group with 350 members!! Friendly and professional staff. They always take the time to answer all our questions both during the appointment and after. The clinic is very clean and well-organised and the staff at the reception are always helpful and welcoming! Highly recommended!

Paul and the team are excellent! They give the kind care you want from people entrusted with our animals. The difference between this independent practice and one owned by a large corporation is night and day.

A lovely clean place but for some reason they put a bin where the entrance to the hospital door so as a disabled person I could not drive in as a car was in the parking place right next to the door so was unable to get through(NOT VERY HELPFUL) ONE MEMBER OF STAFF ON THE DOOR WAS LOVELY BUT THE OTHER WAS A BIT OF A NASTY THING, how ever found out what I needed to know.

Sadly, my dog millie passed away unexpectedly on the way, but the staff here are always kind and compassionate and looked after her till I could get arrangements sorted out for a cremation I would definitely recommend this veterinary service if you are in the catchment area as they have always given my fur babies the best care P.s. The only downside is that the automated system takes too long to talk to a real person. Not everyone likes online such a cold experience

High praise to wonderful vet doctor/surgeon Mr Phakkey and his team is well overdue on my part (have been with them for 15 happy years!!) These professionals are warm / kind / caring and knowledgeable, also good at sharing their knowledge about our pets with us, owners - outstanding service from this surgery!! Genuinely the best vet, hands and paws down. Kind, caring, easy to get an appointment and reasonably priced. Mr Phakkey and his team are wonderful and a great contrast to all the nasty corporate group practices that are sadly so common now.

I moved Buddy to Animal Choice in 2022 and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new vet. Buddy loves going there.... and that's even after he's had to have some pretty unpleasant procedures so that says a lot! The whole team is so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and committed to getting each pet healthy and happy again. No problem or query is too big or small for this team to deal with or respond to asap. An outstanding veterinary practice in my opinion!

Reception staff and vets are all absolutely lovely. You can tell they are all true pet lovers and treat everyone with respect and empathy. I was seen at my booked time and greeted warmly by the vet. Registered my two Jack Russel Terriers at the Wimbledon Veterinary Surgery today; received a quick appointment, polite and friendly service, left feeling really happy.

My dog is registered at Mitcham, but they had no appointments so booked here. The car park doesn’t have much room and if it’s full definitely park on a side road. I was told by the receptionist it would be fine to leave it anywhere by the car park but nearly got a ticket. The waiting area is quite poky and easily gets full, but the vet was brilliant. Reassured all of my concerns and came to a diagnosis quickly.

Happy with the service and the staff at the reception was so polite and kept apologising for the delay but was understandable with the cases needed to be seen first and the vet explained in details so peace of mind and relief my issue was dealt and resolved

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!
