Great experience after my first visit today. Both of us (my cat and myself) were received and treated in a very welcoming way. Francesca as vet was amazing checking my cat, hearing my concerns and advising on her health. The receptionist lady (sorry, forgot her name) as well was very kind with us. Very happy to have such good people and service in the neighborhood.

We have got the VIP membership for the second year now and are very happy with the service. We recommend the vet practice to anyone in the Wimbledon area.

My dog is registered at Mitcham, but they had no appointments so booked here. The car park doesn’t have much room and if it’s full definitely park on a side road. I was told by the receptionist it would be fine to leave it anywhere by the car park but nearly got a ticket. The waiting area is quite poky and easily gets full, but the vet was brilliant. Reassured all of my concerns and came to a diagnosis quickly.

Reception staff and vets are all absolutely lovely. You can tell they are all true pet lovers and treat everyone with respect and empathy. I was seen at my booked time and greeted warmly by the vet. My cat was very nervous in the waiting area and the staff did all they could to reassure him (and me!). I would 100% recommend

This vets is superb. All the staff are kind to both pets and owners, experienced and knowledgeable and really respectful. The veterinary Magda has cared for our cats since they were kittens and we have followed her as she moved jobs. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Mayow practice was recommended on my local Greyhound group and I registered very easily and quickly. My hound has been very poorly and was treated by another practice as I was out of London. I felt very reassured during our consultation with Alice that she knew what Lenny needed immediately and how this could be achieved. She literally had him eating out of her hand and he had eaten very little in the preceding days so that was a wonderful thing to witness. He is not out of the woods but hopefully on the road to recovery. The staff definitely have a soft spot for greyhounds!

We had the best experience today at Mayow Veterinary surgery. Our greyhound ripped her dew claw on a walk and they saw us immediately. The vet, Alex was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and gave her the best care. He also gave us a lesson in how to get a fussy dog to take a pill! The nurse, Kate was also great as were the friendly and very welcoming receptionists, Toni and Vanessa. All round a great experience and we were so grateful to get the claw removed and the paw bandaged so quickly. Thank you!

Mayow Veterinary Clinic is amazing, they were kind and professional with my cat, saw him quickly and resolved his problem and my anxiety about him. I’m so glad Aslan has them as his lovely vet practice they are brilliant.

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

Happy with the service and the staff at the reception was so polite and kept apologising for the delay but was understandable with the cases needed to be seen first and the vet explained in details so peace of mind and relief my issue was dealt and resolved

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. High praise to wonderful vet doctor/surgeon Mr Phakkey and his team is well overdue on my part (have been with them for 15 happy years!!) These professionals are warm / kind / caring and knowledgeable, also good at sharing their knowledge about our pets with us, owners - outstanding service from this surgery!! I moved Buddy to Animal Choice in 2022 and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new vet. Buddy loves going there.... and that's even after he's had to have some pretty unpleasant procedures so that says a lot! The whole team is so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and committed to getting each pet healthy and happy again. No problem or query is too big or small for this team to deal with or respond to asap. An outstanding veterinary practice in my opinion!

Really thorough veterinary examination for my sick ferret. The vet is clearly an expert in exotic species and they go all out to do the best for your pet. Where most vets would just offer antibiotics for a chest infection, Matthew offered lots of diagnostic tests to rule out something more serious and even did some dental work while the ferret was unconscious anyway. If you don't have insurance and just want your pet to be treated asap for a reasonable cost, this is not the vet for you as it's really expensive. However if you want human-level healthcare for an exotic pet then 100% this is the place.

Can't recommend enough. My rabbit had an abscess and needed surgery, unfortunately, they couldn't remove it all and a month later her leg needed to be amputated. As my rabbit was feisty I couldn't do the post-surgery care by myself and they boarded her and took amazing care of her and let her husbun stay with her for emotional support for free. I am devastated that I moved out and need to change vets as I doubt I will find someone as gentle and professional for my fur babies.

Bearded Dragon Sif - who is one of my Creature Companions at only 3+ years in age, did very much die of exhaustion from drowning recently, I did all that I could in reviving her to a conscience state and felt very sad that she was dying... I called CJ Hall Vets team - they were the only hope that Sif had for any immediate examination, and I will always appreciate to that end the endeavours that each and every one of them put effort into, to ensuring that not only did the Human Companion grow happy with the outstanding professional medical services delivered - BUT that the Creature Companion was put first, and I trust CJ Hall Vets for this very said reason. Again and again - thanks plenty CJ Hall Vets, you guys are AWESOME and you all ROCK too ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Sif and Jermaine xxx

Churchill and I saw Matthew this morning he took the time to answer my questions listened to me and then gave clear answers. No hard sell just care and you could clearly see he knew what he was doing. Thank you we will see you next year for our pre winter check 🐢

A lovely clean place but for some reason they put a bin where the entrance to the hospital door so as a disabled person I could not drive in as a car was in the parking place right next to the door so was unable to get through(NOT VERY HELPFUL) ONE MEMBER OF STAFF ON THE DOOR WAS LOVELY BUT THE OTHER WAS A BIT OF A NASTY THING, how ever found out what I needed to know.

Without a doubt - Stone Lion is the best vets! My dog Albert (who has had a number of health issues) has been a patient here for a few years and the support, guidance and care he and I receive on every visit is second to none - the staff go above and beyond with their service. I’m so lucky that Albert is under their care and I could not imagine him having a better vet than Fran - she’s the best! Fran will always explain everything to me in a very calm and kind manner - Albert loves her to pieces and gets very excited when he realises we’re heading to the village to see her and there is no doubt that she has turned Albert’s life around with the care and treatment she’s given him. All the staff are wonderful and the moment you walk into the hospital you receive such a warm welcome from the fabulous reception staff - a special mention for Karin who always lifts my spirits. If I was to ever move from the area I would travel any distance to have my pet looked after by Stone Lion!

Such an amazing team within this vets surgery. My Bolt was extremely ill with acute pancreatitus, he spent 4 days in there care, we visited once a day so he knew we love him plus wanted him to get better and come home, he started to become anxious so I left belongings of mine with him so he thought I was with him which was changed daily until he was able to come home, he has made an amazing recovery so far and I know its still very early in his recovery however Bolt is already starting to get back to his normal demanding ways

We always feel in good hands at Stone Lion with our little Sadie. All the staff are so nice and we know she'll always get the best care here. We can always get an appointment when we need, and are met with reassurance and timely follow up communication, if needed. Any treatment has always been a success, and we're so grateful. I sought emergency care tonight for my cat Frida because she ate a piece of plastic. I was really scared and I felt overwhelmed. The nurse and the vet were amazing, I am so sorry I didn’t catch your names… BIG thanks to the vet who listened to me, understood my concerns and was very empathetic.
