I have taken my cat Saffie,who is 19yrs now, to Edmonton branch PDSA several times .She suffers with constipation.Ive telephoned out of hours too to speak an get advice,an without doubt ,the response has Been 1st class , exceptional . wonderful welcome an At Edmonton, professionalism of the Receptionistion staff, Julian in particular,puts you at ease,especially as I was worried about Saffie. .each time, nice to have a banter an friendly conversation, as I wait to take Saffie into see the vet. I try an contribute for treatment received, but,they do not pressure or make you uncomfortable.The main thing an it's quite clear ,is the wellbeing of your pet. I'm so pleased that Saffie is registered there. Everyone's is friendly.

On a frough and emotional encounter, we were treated with a mix of compassion, professionalism, and humour by the counter staff. The gentle care and humanity extended to myself and my friends Autistic son is a testimony to the values of care and humanity that they extended to the animals and the public alike. The completely supportive and compassionate care by the vets when they accessed, treated, then had convince her my friend, to put down her geriatric and very sick (cancer and organ failure) Cat was an experience created only by an overwhelming compassion for not just the animals that they treat, but also just as importantly the owners of the same animals too, every day.

Fantastic Staff! From the reception person to their wonderful Vets, it was an experience that gave me hope for humanity after spending hundreds of pounds at a private vet. Thank you, Edmonton Green Staff

I was lucky enough to be able to use the services of the RSPCA Edmonton Clinic a little while back while I was on ESA and I cannot praise the staff enough. I found the manager lovely, really helpful and extremely informative. She went through everything and told me what paperwork to bring with me so my animal could be seen when I got there. The vet and nurse were amazing, so kind and caring, my dog really couldn’t of been in better hands. I’m now back at work and sadly cannot use this clinic anymore for obvious reasons and now have to pay £56 just for my dog to be seen by the vet. So those of you who are condemning this clinic please remember that this place is a charity run establishment and 1, You should think yourselves lucky you only have to pay £12 to be seen. 2, If you don’t like the services of this clinic for whatever reason then go elsewhere. You don’t have to go there.

I took my brother here with his dog and although on benefits they helped him with payment, as his dog was very old and poorly and had to be put to sleep. The vet was very understanding and reassuring. They do a wonderful job.

Hi I managed to get into the PDSA as I am a pensioner and on low income, took my beloved German Shepherd to the Clinic as she was not well, and I was told that she has got cancer I am heartbroken to hear she has got it. She is 8 years old and I am hoping she will get to see Xmas and the new year. They at the PDSA are doing a great job thank you

Used thy're services in order to microchip and neuter my cat which was done free of charge, also got the required vaccination done at a discounted price. So grateful that they offer this support to pet owners with low income. Did not have a single issue with them and the lady at reception was also really nice, not sure if she is the same person as the person written in the previous review.
