Hi I managed to get into the PDSA as I am a pensioner and on low income, took my beloved German Shepherd to the Clinic as she was not well, and I was told that she has got cancer I am heartbroken to hear she has got it. She is 8 years old and I am hoping she will get to see Xmas and the new year. They at the PDSA are doing a great job thank you

I was lucky enough to be able to use the services of the RSPCA Edmonton Clinic a little while back while I was on ESA and I cannot praise the staff enough. I found the manager lovely, really helpful and extremely informative. She went through everything and told me what paperwork to bring with me so my animal could be seen when I got there. The vet and nurse were amazing, so kind and caring, my dog really couldn’t of been in better hands. I’m now back at work and sadly cannot use this clinic anymore for obvious reasons and now have to pay £56 just for my dog to be seen by the vet. So those of you who are condemning this clinic please remember that this place is a charity run establishment and 1, You should think yourselves lucky you only have to pay £12 to be seen. 2, If you don’t like the services of this clinic for whatever reason then go elsewhere. You don’t have to go there.

Used thy're services in order to microchip and neuter my cat which was done free of charge, also got the required vaccination done at a discounted price. So grateful that they offer this support to pet owners with low income. Did not have a single issue with them and the lady at reception was also really nice, not sure if she is the same person as the person written in the previous review.
