All the staff were very kind & compassionate when just before Christmas I had 2 put my beautiful cat China put into her last sleep. Thank you.

I have taken my cat Saffie,who is 19yrs now, to Edmonton branch PDSA several times .She suffers with constipation.Ive telephoned out of hours too to speak an get advice,an without doubt ,the response has Been 1st class , exceptional . wonderful welcome an At Edmonton, professionalism of the Receptionistion staff, Julian in particular,puts you at ease,especially as I was worried about Saffie. .each time, nice to have a banter an friendly conversation, as I wait to take Saffie into see the vet. I try an contribute for treatment received, but,they do not pressure or make you uncomfortable.The main thing an it's quite clear ,is the wellbeing of your pet. I'm so pleased that Saffie is registered there. Everyone's is friendly.

The gentle care and humanity extended to myself and my friends Autistic son is a testimony to the values of care and humanity that they extended to the animals and the public alike. The completely supportive and compassionate care by the vets when they accessed, treated, then had convince her my friend, to put down her geriatric and very sick (cancer and organ failure) Cat was an experience created only by an overwhelming compassion for not just the animals that they treat, but also just as importantly the owners of the same animals too, every day.
