My dogs are in excellent care. Recently my 13 year old dog had to have a serious surgery, and came out perfectly healthy and cared for. The vets kept us updated all throughout and could not have been in better care. We trust these Vets completely.

The best vets you’ll come across. In the last couple of months they have accommodated emergency visits, followed up with calls to see how our bulldog is and offered further advice free of charge. Good eggs all round and thank you for keeping our problematic boy in good health - we really appreciate you!

LB very much enjoyed his visit to Pet People to see Dr Spiro. Spiro is very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave LB lots of attention and I felt reassured that we were in safe hands. For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

Amazing vets Louise, Catherine and the team are always caring and understanding, they always make us feel welcome and my boys love them. I would never go anywhere else been taking my pets there now for over 10 years and they are brilliant the whole team. Just wanted to add to this…we are currently going for a very stressful time with one of our fur babies with a suspected spine injury, Louise really is the most amazing vet and we don’t know what we would do without her. She’s caring very understanding explains everything clear and is so patient. Hands down the best Vet ever! My cat Jojo had been very poorly in December and over Christmas. She had such care given to her at Medivet. I find the vets Louise & Catherine very caring and professional as well as the nurses who are all very helpful, kind and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The whole visit to Alcombe Whitton was smooth and pleasant, thumbs up for the team! Dr Alice and Claire are very friendly, Dr Alice has patiently listened to me about my dog’s situation, explained any possible treatment to cure him, her smile has calmed both my pet and me.

Highly recommend as I've been coming here with my 2 cats plus new kitten for 3 years. You get a warm welcome from everyone. Alice is lovely and has made me feel at ease and more importantly my 3 are comfortable. We recently had to have our family dog Milo put to sleep as he was poorly and Alice gave us all options while comforting us. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you all for being so kind ❤️

Took my very vet-anxious cat here a couple of weeks back as she was poorly. The vet was very thorough and made she the right tests were run. I had a much better experience here than at the Northfields branch so we will be coming to this one instead from now on.

Top notch practice, with staff that genuinely care. Recommended both via a friend that uses, but also through a fellow practitioner. Our Schnauzer had several teeth extracted but was back to her usual antics that same day. Doug gives no nonsense advice, and is a reminder of how good veterinary care can be.

I am so pleased to have found Doug again since he set up on his own. I love his bedside manner and I trust him completely with my girls. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Excellent cat only vetinary surgery. I have been taking my cats here for over 10 years, and despite changes in staff members over the years I have always been happy wih the care and level of expertise of the vets, nurses and support staff. My most recent visit was testament to this and I felt that my cat was given great care and affection which was so reassuring. Highly recommend.

We recently joined Kitten to Cat. We are really happy by how knowledgeable the vet is and we were amazed by how well they handled our cat, who is usually very scared at the vet . The staff is very friendly and personable and the practice is very clean. On top top of that they are much cheaper then our previous vet. We just wish we had joined them before.

I am delighted by the care and treatments given to my Cat Amber in the last 10 years + She is now 13 and needed 2 teeth extracted today. She is back home resting and very relaxed. . thank you to the marvellous people at Kitten to Cat! ❤️

Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. 💯%

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

We’ve been seeing Daniel now with all our pets for over a decade, even after we moved some distance away! He is such a clever vet, always knows what is right for our dogs. All the staff at MyVet are so kind, helpful and caring. Our dogs are so lucky to have such good medical care when they need it!

Took my 12 week puppy here as she was suffering with a bad belly they properly checked her over and found what the problem was, She has also had her vaccination here. Such a nice vets with friendly staff. After many seeing many prices from other vets I can say my vets 24/7 has very fair prices and is not out to make money off customers and actually cares about the animals!

We usually use a different vet but needed a specific second vaccination for our new puppy. Vets for Life could not have been nicer or more professional, even when they knew we weren’t likely to return. Nurse took her time to give us lots of tips and talk through future care, highly recommended

They understand how important animals are to us humans and so take great efforts to look after them.. Basil is going to be well looked after

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to look after your pet. They are great with pets and always have the animals best interests at heart. We have signed up to the monthly plan which takes all the stress out of the vets visits
