My front door lock broke and Jason arrived very promptly and fitted new lock and also fixed two internal doors which were not shutting properly. He also braced my summerhouse door which had dropped. He completed the work quickly and very efficiently. Lovely guy and would highly recommend for all security needs.

Absolutely amazing, from start to finish. After having my van broken into and my tools stolen, I was looking for security plates to be fitted to my Transit Custom. Island Security offered to fit internal and external plates where other business only offered to fit external plates, and the cost to fit was very reasonable. However, this wasn't the best bit about the whole experience! Jason went out of his way to provide a great service. Thank you Jason, I'm really grateful for all your efforts. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Contacted Jason to fix an issue with a door cylinder & latch - contacted me almost immediately with clear instruction in how to do it myself and offer of a whats app call to talk me through it, in the end I didn't need the call but his advice saved me money - would definitely recommend and use for future bigger jobs - honesty and great service is in short supply !

Phenomenal. I was well outside the area for this company's services but the locksmith came anyway so that I was not left without help, and it was also on a Sunday... He spent ages sorting out my problematic locks and replacing cylinders--and the bill is very reasonable. Such a nice guy and I could not recommend anyone more highly. My partner and I bought our first property and hired Lucian to replace the locks. He was absolutely fantastic, not only did he replace all the locks quickly and perfectly (despite there being many more locks than we originally thought) but he fixed mistakes that the previous owners had made when installing their locks and then, for good measure, fixed the front gate! 10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. Great service.

I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

Went in earlier today to get a split spindle for my door lock. The gentleman offered to cut it to the required size free of charge as I dont have the required tools. This seemed like a huge favour to me, and I very much appreciated it. Prices are excellent, customer service is also excellent and will definitely come back.

Really helpful on my visit this morning to get four new secure keys cut after a burglary. Good advice given and a discount too. A bit hidden away in the backstreets but we'll worth seeking out, with parking right outside.
