Called Master Locksmiths London based in South Croydon to repair my front double glazed door lock as it wasn’t lifting up to lock. Ryan came punctually on time within half hour. Fixed the lock in about 20mins/half hour. Ryan did an excellent job. Gave good maintenance advice, polite and courteous. No hesitation for recommendations.

Fantastic service, very responsive and quick. We were also quite worried at the time and found him very reassuring & professional. Thank you. Hopefully won’t need a locksmith again but if we do then I wouldn’t hesitate to ring up!

Had a great experience with Rob and Roslin from Swift Locksmiths. We were having an issue with our front door not locking and reached out for their assistance, Rob was able to provide his expert opinion and arranged for his colleague Roslin to visit and help us out. Roslin arrived exactly when agreed and was able to replace a part to get us up and running again in under 30 minutes. He confirmed the costs of remediation works before commencing any replacements and had the necessary parts on hand to resolve the issue. I have no reservations recommending the reliable and efficient service they provide and whilst I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, if I do I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to.

If you need a locksmith, these are definitely the guys to call. A door in my home was stuck shut and it wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. I was nervous about calling anybody out to help, after being ripped off in the past. However, there was nothing to worry about with Luke and Arthur, who were professional and efficient at their job. Luke was my first contact, and he was very friendly and helpful. He explained that he was not in the area, but his colleague was, and may be able to come and help. Arthur then rang me and arranged to come by (on his day off). He arrived quickly, and he managed to get the door open, for a very reasonable price. Arthur was a lovely, friendly guy who was efficient at his job, and took his time to talk to me afterwards. If I ever needed a locksmith in the future (touchwood I won't), then I would not hesitate to call top lock technicians! They provide an amazing service and they are honest and reliable. They are not out to take advantage or rip people off like other locksmiths that I have encountered previously. Thank you guys.

Excellent service. Came out within 30 mins to fix a jammed bathroom door. Aweth was very fast and professional and honest, unlocking the jam and even creating another hole for our lock (which was never done when we first got the lock fitted lol). Would highly recommend their service.

Barry saved me from a pickle. Tried to change my key barrel myself and destroyed my front door. Called Barry who arrived within 90 mins and sorted my door out all within a reasonable price which was agreed on the phone. Not a lot of emergency lock smiths that don’t try and squeeze some extra money out of you. Would recommend him for his professionalism and work.

Barry is a true gent. I was desperate and locked out. I called Key King Locksmith and got Barry on the phone. He was so nice, he put me at ease and told me he would be with me within half an hour. True to his word he turned up on time, got me into my house with no problems and then changed all my locks as I had stupidly lost my keys. I would recommend Key King Locksmiths to anyone.

Mentor Lock has been excellent. I have an elderly aunt who had lost the only key to a cupboard with the electricity/gas meters. Communication to set up a date to replace the lock was very quick. On the agreed day, Lee telephoned about 15-30 minutes before the arrival of the locksmith to make sure everything was still ok. Locksmith, Andy, arrived on time and completed the work really quickly. Payment over the phone was easy, with a receipt sent straight away by email. Lee and Andy were lovely. I would not hesitate to use them again.

What a brilliant shop. Went in with a 1980s Chubb 5 lever deadlock with a badly cut key that jammed rather than unlocking and came away with a rekeyed fully functioning lock with three new keys within about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend if you have a lock problem.

Absolutely fantastic service! The owner went above and beyond, spending a lot of time researching to find the right key code (not sure of the technical term here!), for a very old and quite problematic key, so a challenge, but I now have a new copy and it works perfectly. Previously, I had already tried for 4 months to get this sorted with other key cutters with no luck, so I was very lucky to find this shop. I can't thank saxon enough, they were excellent service from start to finish, from the office staff who took my booking to the gentleman who came promptly to fix the locks. as I m not a. expert in this area ,but needed sturdy locks on my front door, they advised me very professionally, send me photos of the locks to view and choose their quote absolutely matched with the final invoice, gauntee ,receipts and full paperwork supplied by the fitter. no rip off here!!!!! the quality and installation were excellent, second to none the fitter took away all the dust and even took the old locks away ,for free, for metal recycling. wow!!! I am extremely satisfied with the service, also they don't make you wait weeks and weeks , no problem to get a fitting date easily. the fitters all have the company vans etc,so no security issues ,also you pay over the phone, by a card, no cash ,which means that when the job is done, you are happy with the work, then you can pay. superb service,will highly recommend to friends and family. kind regards

I just want say a massive thank you to Nicky at saxon locks. From the 1st phone call to try and change a lock from a 40 year old safe that we originally brought from them it took a few hour for her to source. We live 3 and 1/2 hours away. She was polite and very friendly and enthusiastic about trying to get an outcome which she did so well and they will send us the new mechanism. Thank you so much and would recommend 100%.

Went to see if a broken car key could be repaired or used to produce a replacement. I was in luck a new one was able to be cut from the old key and it worked! I was served by Alexis who was personable and explained the process. Within 20 minutes I had the new key. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

You pay for an excellent, efficient and fast service. Which is what you get! The technician drove 20 miles from his base, arrived early in the 2 hour time slot. Just a couple of phone calls to let me know how far away he was. Far cheaper than a dealership. (For a second, spare, remote key.)

I needed keys cut to the barrel (I did not have keys for it and wanted to keep the lock) after calling round a few places and was ready to give up when I thought I'd pop in here as I was passing, the guys there were fantastic! They asked me to leave the lock with them and called me less than 24hrs later letting me it was done! Amazing service at a very reasonable price! I'll definitely be using them again 👍🏻

I have had keys copied here, and have purchased a combination padlock, which the owner kindly set for me. The on-the-spot key cutting cost was quite reasonable, and the location, almost adjacent to the Addiscombe Tram Stop, is very convenient. Highly recommended! (2/24 Seems to have restricted operating hours at present per sign below.)
