Not all heroes wear capes! Today I had a nightmare when I locked myself out of my car. William from motor locksmiths was on the job very quickly. Great service extremely professional and a true gentleman. Thanks William you are a true hero!

Locked myself out of my car late at might but William came to help as soon as he could. Great communication and he even managed to pick my car door which is broken as a thief had tampered with it. Got many ridiculous quotes but he was very fair and got the job done fairly quickly. Would recommend to anybody who needs a locksmith

After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!

Had a broken lock to the Upvc toilet window and AL came on the Friday, part was ordered-delivered and installed on the Tuesday. Excellent communicator over the phone and has given us good advice on future care and adjusting ourselves. I required a late night call-out in Hammersmith for a broken motorbike disc lock. The attending locksmith arrived within 10 minutes of my call and set about removing it. Communication was swift, pricing was very fair and transparent, and overall trustworthy and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend BMS again.

Wow, what a really good service. The buttons on both my BMW fobs had eventually stopped working though I could still access the car with the keys and start it with the fob against the steering column. I called this company and explained the issue. They said they could help and after due diligence (photo of my ID and proof of car ownership) they sent a technician within 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I had 2 new BMW fobs, programmed and fully working. I was still able to keep the old ones. The cost of both was less than purchasing and having programmed just one from BMW - plus I didn't have to drive to a BMW dealer and wait for hours. I can't rate UK auto locksmith highly enough. Technician was excellent and was happy to explain everything and give me options too.

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service. Very polite and professional. Not intending to lose a key ever again but would use the service again if I did.

Honestly can't fault these guys. Lost my car keys on a Sunday afternoon i called a few places who couldn't come out to me till the Monday afternoon. These guys where with me super fast and got me driving again. The driver kept me updated me on his eta he took no more than 20 minutes to get the job done. Very reasonably priced too.
