This was a great experience of a good local company that's professional very helpful and great value. I was served by Reece who was so considerate helpful and exactly understood my needs. Brilliant service, went over and beyond to help me. Reece was my last hope to get a replacement window lock key as nowhere else could help as I didn't know the window manufacturer. He asked me to bring in the lock and in the end offered to make a key that would work. He did that successfully and I left with 4 copies the same day! Thanks so much Reece - the alternative was replacing lots of expensive window furniture!!!

The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! Forgotten to mention that I have called them on Sunday early in the morning 7:45 and 9:00 the man was there already! 24 hrs which is really good 👍

Honestly one of the best tradespeople I have worked with. I called Claude on a Saturday afternoon and he told me he had time to pop round in 15 minutes! Upon arrival, he fixed my door lock immediately, had all the parts with him, gave sensible advice regarding which lock would be best and worked quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Locked myself out of my house whilst walking the dog and they were at my property within half an hour to help me out and unlock the door. I'm at fault for not checking if the lock was in the right position after they left and they came back the following morning to reset the lock to the right position at no extra cost to me. Best locksmith in UK, after over 50 locksmiths refusing to touch my car, I nearly lost hopes, until I found Aiden through a YouTube video, he assured me that he could fix it and we drove 150miles from Sheffield to London for him to do the job. Aiden carried out the job and run multiple test to ensure it was all good before we would drive back, he saved us from spending £1000’s at the main dealers!
