I went to this shop to get some keys cut and shoe repaired. So nice to find a proper old fashioned, family run, honest business that looks like it’s been there forever. The staff are so polite and I could not believe how cheap it was compared to others I’ve tried. The standard of work was that of a master of his trade. I’ve never given a google review before but was so impressed with this business and decided to go through with the hassle of the review, so worth it. Keep up the good work gents its so appreciated I cannot stress how great it is to meet such honest people.

Been trying for some time to find a good traditional Shoe cobbler/Repairer that has the professionalism to actually do a proper job. After what felt like an never ending quest I found Leather and Lace Traditional Shoe Repairs located in Tooting Market. After handing in a pair of leather boots and also a pair of leather shoes this old school cobbler by the name of Gary with years upon years of experience in the trade has done his magic. I'm 100% satisfied with this service and highly recommend him to everyone.

Literally the best place in tooting market! I come here regularly for shoe / boot repairs and there is nothing Gary won’t help with / including a wrecked pair of Zara boots which he’s currently fixing. Great service and Gary is a top man. Best value for money around

Simply amazing! I'd been searching for a particular type of old inside door lock online for a couple of weeks by (as instructed by 'experts') Googling the dimensions of the backset, the height and depth of the case and the forend length, however had no luck whatsoever. Even tried the 'genius' of ChatGPT, all to no avail. So just decided to go into Saxon's with the broken lock I needed replacing, just on the off chance that they might be able to direct me to a website that could potentially help - however they did much better than that - in literally less than 30 seconds, they'd found the perfect match, there in the shop. Oh my days! Talk about lock stock! Where are the two smokin' barrels? I'm in locksmith heaven! Ten quid, job done, blummin' happy lad!! Got home, fixed it straight in, job's a good'un! Full marks! Decent blokes an' all!

My tenant had a problem with the bolt locking system fitted to the high-security front doors on the 'homes for heroes' Totterdown Estate in Tooting. I called Saxon Security Locks, who fixed the mechanism the next day. Excellent service!

I just want say a massive thank you to Nicky at saxon locks. From the 1st phone call to try and change a lock from a 40 year old safe that we originally brought from them it took a few hour for her to source. We live 3 and 1/2 hours away. She was polite and very friendly and enthusiastic about trying to get an outcome which she did so well and they will send us the new mechanism. Thank you so much and would recommend 100%.

How super to come across such a professional company. Mihai who visited to mend our broken lock and handle was an excellent ambassador for this company. With in an hour they were with me. Charming Mihai fixed our lock and on his way out improved our stiff front door lock without even me asking. I cannot recommend SMS more highly

Fantastic job, will definitely use again. Ilie was very responsive and knowledgeable and left no mess. My mum has just moved into a new bungalow and was having trouble opening some of the doors so Ilie fixed 3 doors - she is now very happy that she can get in and out by herself now! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service by the owner, Wasim. I had my watch battery replaced by a nearby booth but the hands of my watch came off in the process. The sales assistant, however, was unwilling to take responsibility for it. She directed me to here but was wouldn't for the repair. I was met by Wasim, a qualified watch repairer, who was shocked by the service I'd received & said he'd repair it for a much reduced price. He explained what the problem was & fixed it. Fantastic service!!! The owner was lovely! So polite, v clear and knew his stuff. Keys cut whilst I waited and they repair handbags and watched too which is super!!! Shoes as well of course!!!! A decent choice of key rings too. When I got home, keys worked like a dream!!!! Located in Khans mobile shop. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Barry was excellent. Arrived really quickly after I’d locked myself out of my house. Despite the job being unknowingly harder than I had originally described; Barry still worked really hard to get the door unlocked in next to know time. All with a friendly service and excellent price! Would definitely recommend.

Barry saved me from a pickle. Tried to change my key barrel myself and destroyed my front door. Called Barry who arrived within 90 mins and sorted my door out all within a reasonable price which was agreed on the phone. Not a lot of emergency lock smiths that don’t try and squeeze some extra money out of you. Would recommend him for his professionalism and work.
