I called Ilie to fix a broken lock on my double glazed bathroom window which was stuuck in the closed position. He was excellent. He was flexible in his timings after I had to change a couple of times, he was prompt on arrival, courteous and discussed options to fix the problem. Once we'd agreed on the best solution he completed the job there and then and without fuss. Great price to. Would definitely recommend him if you need a locksmith.

I can't thank saxon enough, they were excellent service from start to finish, from the office staff who took my booking to the gentleman who came promptly to fix the locks. as I m not a. expert in this area ,but needed sturdy locks on my front door, they advised me very professionally, send me photos of the locks to view and choose their quote absolutely matched with the final invoice, gauntee ,receipts and full paperwork supplied by the fitter. no rip off here!!!!! the quality and installation were excellent, second to none the fitter took away all the dust and even took the old locks away ,for free, for metal recycling. wow!!! I am extremely satisfied with the service, also they don't make you wait weeks and weeks , no problem to get a fitting date easily. the fitters all have the company vans etc,so no security issues ,also you pay over the phone, by a card, no cash ,which means that when the job is done, you are happy with the work, then you can pay. superb service,will highly recommend to friends and family. kind regards

Simply amazing! I'd been searching for a particular type of old inside door lock online for a couple of weeks by (as instructed by 'experts') Googling the dimensions of the backset, the height and depth of the case and the forend length, however had no luck whatsoever. Even tried the 'genius' of ChatGPT, all to no avail. So just decided to go into Saxon's with the broken lock I needed replacing, just on the off chance that they might be able to direct me to a website that could potentially help - however they did much better than that - in literally less than 30 seconds, they'd found the perfect match, there in the shop. Oh my days! Talk about lock stock! Where are the two smokin' barrels? I'm in locksmith heaven! Ten quid, job done, blummin' happy lad!! Got home, fixed it straight in, job's a good'un! Full marks! Decent blokes an' all!

I bought shoes off Vinted, and after the first time wearing them they completely fell apart. I brought them to Christopher, and he told me they must be very old and very warn. Luckily I was able to get a refund from Vinted, and Chris was ably to make the shoes like BRAND NEW! They are gorgeous, and the service was fast. Cannot recommend them enough.

Took in my RM Williams boots to get resoled as they were getting slick. Mathews were incredibly helpful and provided a fairly priced service. I have just received the boots back and they look fantastic with excellent finishing. Barry is a true gent. I was desperate and locked out. I called Key King Locksmith and got Barry on the phone. He was so nice, he put me at ease and told me he would be with me within half an hour. True to his word he turned up on time, got me into my house with no problems and then changed all my locks as I had stupidly lost my keys. I would recommend Key King Locksmiths to anyone.

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Honestly can't fault these guys. Lost my car keys on a Sunday afternoon i called a few places who couldn't come out to me till the Monday afternoon. These guys where with me super fast and got me driving again. The driver kept me updated me on his eta he took no more than 20 minutes to get the job done. Very reasonably priced too.

Wow, what a really good service. The buttons on both my BMW fobs had eventually stopped working though I could still access the car with the keys and start it with the fob against the steering column. I called this company and explained the issue. They said they could help and after due diligence (photo of my ID and proof of car ownership) they sent a technician within 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I had 2 new BMW fobs, programmed and fully working. I was still able to keep the old ones. The cost of both was less than purchasing and having programmed just one from BMW - plus I didn't have to drive to a BMW dealer and wait for hours. I can't rate UK auto locksmith highly enough. Technician was excellent and was happy to explain everything and give me options too.

Excellent service from Marquis Auto Locksmiths. I bought a Honda Jazz recently that only came with 1 key. He made a replacement for the key, right outside my home within an hour. Great price, way cheaper than direct from Honda and peace of mind for me having a spare. He's a lovely guy, totally trust worthy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. 10/10.
