Matt came over on Friday afternoon and identified the root of our problem (no running water, toilet not flushing, shower taps etc all not working) and he came back 8.30am the next morning (Saturday) to finalise the fix. Julian arrived at agreed time to plumb in my new washing machine. He unplumbed and removed the old one and took outside ready for collection. He installed the new one in less than 20 minutes. Called London Plumbing Company out on an emergency basis when our combi boiler stopped providing hot water. Julian and the team were here super quickly and the quote was so reasonable I didn’t bother looking elsewhere. Boiler fixed and parts replaced within the hour and not had a problem since. John fitted a boiler for me in my rental property in Clapham. My tenants had just had a baby, and we needed it done urgent as they were without heating or hot water. He was very kind and fitted for us in the evening as we couldn't find anyone to do it with short notice during normal working hours. He was fast efficient and still only charged me normal daytime rates. To top it all off, He is a very nice person. Can't recommend John, Simon, and Smyth Plumbing enough. After Pimlico Plumbers incorrectly advised that my boiler was beyond repair and needed a full replacement costing over £11,000, I sought a second opinion: Daniel from Maintracts quickly and accurately identified the real issue—a faulty part that could be easily repaired. We needed our radiators power cleaned for the upcoming winter as some of them were only warming up to half power. We were able to get Hydro install to come over within a short period and complete the job. They were punctual, polite and informative on what was happening in the process. The technician also pointed out a few fixable issues around our house which was appreciated. We found the service overall good value and were happy with the service and result. Lost heat in our rental house, called EcoHeat and got it sorted out within hours same day. And the issue had been in the house heating system for a long time (probably since new-built), and it was not straightforward how to solve it. Impressive!

Jason did a great job fixing a leaky pin valve in our underfloor heating system. He gave a fair price, arrived the same day and was quick to fix the problem. He also helped us get the schematics for our underfloor heating system which was very useful. He even saved us money on our heating bill by pointing out we didn’t need our underfloor heating temperature set so high!
