Called London Plumbing Company out on an emergency basis when our combi boiler stopped providing hot water. Julian and the team were here super quickly and the quote was so reasonable I didn’t bother looking elsewhere. Boiler fixed and parts replaced within the hour and not had a problem since. We had a leak in our bathroom that was causing an issue dripping into our daughter’s bedroom. Julian came and fixed the issue quickly and diligently. He worked clean and ensured everything was left safe for our young family.

Julian arrived at agreed time to plumb in my new washing machine. He unplumbed and removed the old one and took outside ready for collection. He installed the new one in less than 20 minutes. Great- came to fix a leak in a pipe that was urgent . Great communication and very happy with the work done . Also I mentioned a heated towel rail that I had previously been told could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. Darren fixed it and got it working again . Highly Recommend.

Out of hours callout to fix pipework leak. Arrived within the hour, leak fixed in about 30 minutes, engineer lovely & completely competent. Have used Northcote two or three times, always happy, do highly recommend them.

After Pimlico Plumbers incorrectly advised that my boiler was beyond repair and needed a full replacement costing over £11,000, I sought a second opinion: Daniel from Maintracts quickly and accurately identified the real issue—a faulty part that could be easily repaired. The total repair cost was only £494, including the new part and labor! Daniel’s professional, prompt and honest assessment not only saved me from the unnecessary and costly replacement suggested by Pimlico Plumbers, but also showcased his exceptional expertise. Thanks to Daniel, I avoided a significant financial burden!

I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

Maintracts are the most reliable, knowledgeable and customer oriented plumbers that I have encountered. I’m so impressed with them that I never go anywhere else. I booked Darren for the day to carry out many small jobs ( replacing cupboard hinges, window locks, bathroom tap to be fixed, front door ironmongery to be installed), along with repairs to a bedroom wall due to a water leak and external wall / window ledge painting. John fitted a boiler for me in my rental property in Clapham. My tenants had just had a baby, and we needed it done urgent as they were without heating or hot water. He was very kind and fitted for us in the evening as we couldn't find anyone to do it with short notice during normal working hours.
