We had water hammer issue when we used washing machine. Sebatian came to fit a water hammer arrester today. No more banging sound in the pipes after that. And the charge is reasonable. Sebastian is cheery, polite and professional. Pristine Plumbing is my neighbour's go to plumber. It may be my go to from now.

Derek gave great clear advice which was reassuring and helped us make a decision. He was on time and friendly, prompt communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. Derek came to do our annual central heating service, to fit a new magnetic filter and fix an overflowing toilet cistern. He completed all these tasks efficiently and tidily and also fitted a new valve as part of fixing the water heating control. He has also been very helpful to me in deciding the best way forward for upgrading the water heating control. This is the 3rd year Pristine have completed our heating and plumbing requirements. I can't fault any of his work, he is always friendly and helpful, and I would happily recommend Pristine to anyone else.

I had been struggling with the removal and installation of new bath taps for a couple of days, before giving up and deciding to call a professional. After a Google search, I called Ben Hunter at Plumbing For Good Ltd. Luckily Ben was able to visit the same day and after some similar struggles, he persevered and drawing on his experience, skills and using the professional tools, he was able to remove the old “limescale clogged” taps and install a new set of taps. This professional job was done with a minimum of disruption to the bathroom and in less than 2 hours. Ultimately, I was very glad I had called Ben at Plumbing For Good Ltd.

I could not recommend Ben more highly. He came out the same day to repair my faulty toilet which he completed very quickly. He was efficient, well organised and clearly exellent at his trade. He was also pleasant polite and easy to deal with

Andi installed a new boiler in my home in April this year and I couldn't recommend his services more highly! He worked extremely diligently and quickly and was very friendly and polite. Fantastic job, great service.

Our good old boiler finally broke down earlier this month. Andi came on the same day, listened to our thoughts about new boiler and helped us to make an informed decision. He and his colleague completed the removal of old boiler and installation of the new one in one day and even helped us to fix one other unrelated thing on the same day. Sorted out the warranty, installed new carbon dioxide alarm that we bought separately from B&Q (old one expired). Good service, friendly, polite, flexible to listen, discuss options and suggest solutions, well organised and cleaned up upon completion of the job. Costwise, not cheap but definitely reasonable by London standards (based on Which? and other information googled). We paid upfront for the boiler and then for installation upon completion. Bottomline: happy with the service and happy to recommend.

Glow Maintenance are the best. Nigel and Don are very skilled and reliably good humoured. I wouldn't use anyone else. They've found and fixed faults for me rapidly and at a fair price on many occasions. We're lucky to have this company serving our area, and I normally don't have to book too far in advance. This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. Twickenham Services were brilliant after our heating and hot water failed over the holiday period. Another firm had suggested some very costly remedial work so we asked Twickenham Services for a second opinion. They were able to come out the same day, identify the real problem, and have it fixed at a very reasonable price within 24 hours - all in the week between Christmas and New Years. Fraser was knowledgable and efficient, and the overall price was extremely good value. I highly recommend them and we will use them again.

Had to replace my fire alarms as they were faulty. Twickenham services were great. Christine was really friendly and helpful and organised for Mark the electrician to come around as soon as possible. Mark was also friendly and helpful. He quickly fitted the alarms and took the time to explain how they worked.I would highly recommend them.

Excellent, got a new boiler at a new site and the guys and the end product were all great. New boiler purrs quietly away like a contented cat. Price was also very reasonable indeed, about 40% less than the one other quote I got. Would of course re-hire.

The shock of finding our boiler was 16 years old and leaking gas, was outweighed by getting a nice new Worcester boiler and on 0% interest payments over 3 years in affordable monthly installments. All done within a couple of days including flushing the system. Highly recommend. Great service guys!

Was let down by the usual plumber so was forced to find someone new for a job in the house, was nervous as you read some horror stories online but couldn’t of been happier with the service I received. Professional, courteous, clean and competitively priced too. Let’s just say the usual plumbers number has been deleted!

We had an entire new pressurised boiler put in, replacing a system that was 35 years old. It was a big job and he talked us through the process, and explained how the newer systems work, and recommended what would be best for our needs. Very quick to reply, efficient at keeping in touch with the initial meeting, proposal of works required, and booking a date to get the work done.
