This is the second time we work with Andrew within few years time, and he has been consistently great! This time our toilet cistern does not flush, contacted andrew and he came quickly and on time, identified the problem in the toilet cistern, and went out to buy the part, then fixed the toilet swiftly. Very happy with his service and would recommend to anybody.

Great dealing with Andy. Saved my house from water damage after I inadvertently cut water pipes within cavity wall. Capped off safely then Andy replaced broken thermostatic mixer with easier to maintain bar mixer. Great communication throughout and fair price. I would recommend Andy to anyone.

my heating stopped on a very cold morning, I was worried I would have to wait another day to call anyone because it was Sunday, luckily my friend recommended Andrew and he turned up within 2 hours, he spotted the issue straightaway, I was very impressed with how quickly he dealt with it. you can tell how much experience this man has, we ended up exchanging thermostat, so it was not a boiler issue which I was most afraid of. We were so happy. Jordan was so super efficient & helpful. He was the only plumber to answer the phone on a Saturday night when our water heater stopped working. After a few questions, he diagnosed it and said he would be right over after getting the parts. He came and got us back to hot water really quickly. He was honest and did warn us that a new one would be needed soon.

Had three sink wastes and pipes changed out, even though I'd prepared some materials, it turned out I'd ordered the wrong ones, thankfully Jordan was resourceful enough to have spare ones on standby. As every other reviews have shown, Jordan is punctual, professional, prepared and experienced. Recommended.

We live in Chesham area. I contacted this trade to fix a drainage problem in our kitchen after several plumber’s failed, some taking call out fee. Absolute D&P arrived on time, immediately identified the problem and solved the issue on spot without having to change pipes. Their professional attitude and ability to leave our kitchen tidy was commendable. Their pricing was fair and their communication was clear from start to end. I recommend their service highly.

Tabesh did a very good job at my elderly fathers house. He installed a new cooker after first locating & repairing a leak & telling me to call the gas supplier as an emergency due to a meter problem. He made sure my father knew how to turn the cooker on before leaving. I would recommend.

I was introduced to Tabesh (owner) by a friend. And I haven't looked back. Besides being one of the nicest and most genuine people I've met, Tabesh's work ethics and standards are very high and excellent. Tabesh has done quite a bit of work for us and I've never had any issues with his work or his charges which by the way are very reasonable. I have recommended Tabesh to friends who have had glowing feedback about him. I have and will be recommending him to more people. We had an issue with our worcester boiler where we had to turn it off as was making odd noises and wasnt great as we have a young disabled chikd too.. I tried various avenues myself to try and fix and then other engineers whom I not get a response from. This then lead me to Mark / his reviews. Mark did respond and did come round even though was very busy. He diagnosed the fault and then returned and repaired the following evening as promised with a fari price. Heating and water have been fine since and Mark came across as open and honest and that's all you can ask for in my book. So based on my first experience with Uxbridge Boikers company I woukd use again and recommend them

We have used Mark previously for my parents' boiler. This time it was our turn.There were a couple of issues to resolve and Mark took time to diagnose the issue and repair in the most cost-effective manner, without resorting to just changing parts and hoping for the best. Kevin from Boiler Experts fixed my boiler today, even though his was extremely busy he took the time to call and came to my home. He is very knowledgeable, and has a great personality. Although Kevin did fix my boiler the fan broke Kevin came over the day I called took the fan to get it refurbished, he picked it up for us and fitted it the next day. The service was second to none and he could have said you need a new fan but he didn’t!!!! His pricing is fair and if he can give you a good price he will without ripping you off like some traders do. Kevin kept in touch for a week after fitting the fan to make sure all was good. Needed to replace an ancient boiler and wanted to add Hive smart heating at the same time. Got multiple quotes in. Sargeant & Son stood out immediately as being very responsive and very professional. Everything went like clockwork, they were completely reliable at every stage of the process and the finished system works beautifully. Can't praise them enough.

Normally, have yearly gas check. Spoke to Sharon in to make initial appointment. Sharon was very helpful over the phone to arrange a convenient day that's suitable for the gas engineer. Jeff came did his job professionally.

Had Sargeant & Son representative come out to blocked sink and pipes in Ealing. I, as a woman, felt comfortable to let the guy in. He was professional. He did say the office should have probability a drainage engineer instead to clean the line but he said he would do what he could. And it looks like he did manage to sort the problem out, the sink was drainage when he left. Thank you

Had a visit from Sargeant & Son as they are my landlords appointed contractors. A lady called me straight away after I reported an issue to my Property Managers, to book an appointment to attend the leak. A gentleman then came to look at my, at the time, supposedly leaking washing machine (turned in to a more severe situation due to a neighbours leak!) Nevertheless, he was professional, informative and very helpful. By memory I think his name was Geoff. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs their services :)
