We had an issue with our worcester boiler where we had to turn it off as was making odd noises and wasnt great as we have a young disabled chikd too.. I tried various avenues myself to try and fix and then other engineers whom I not get a response from. This then lead me to Mark / his reviews. Mark did respond and did come round even though was very busy. He diagnosed the fault and then returned and repaired the following evening as promised with a fari price. Heating and water have been fine since and Mark came across as open and honest and that's all you can ask for in my book. So based on my first experience with Uxbridge Boikers company I woukd use again and recommend them

We have used Mark previously for my parents' boiler. This time it was our turn.There were a couple of issues to resolve and Mark took time to diagnose the issue and repair in the most cost-effective manner, without resorting to just changing parts and hoping for the best. my heating stopped on a very cold morning, I was worried I would have to wait another day to call anyone because it was Sunday, luckily my friend recommended Andrew and he turned up within 2 hours, he spotted the issue straightaway, I was very impressed with how quickly he dealt with it. you can tell how much experience this man has, we ended up exchanging thermostat, so it was not a boiler issue which I was most afraid of. Very happy.

Allan was fantastic from start to finish. We had an old heating system in the house with poor pressure. He came around and gave us the various options, pros and cons etc. He knows his stuff and all was very clear. Received a quote with clear breakdown a couple of days later. We chose to change over to a combi boiler and he was able to relocate it too. We swapped over two radiators for better heating of the house. He took away all the old tanks, boiler and fixtures and left the place all neat and tidy. Him and his team turned up on the date agreed and finished the works as expected. We were so happy. Jordan was so super efficient & helpful. He was the only plumber to answer the phone on a Saturday night when our water heater stopped working. After a few questions, he diagnosed it and said he would be right over after getting the parts. He came and got us back to hot water really quickly.
