Had Sargeant & Son representative come out to blocked sink and pipes in Ealing. I, as a woman, felt comfortable to let the guy in. He was professional. He did say the office should have probability a drainage engineer instead to clean the line but he said he would do what he could. And it looks like he did manage to sort the problem out, the sink was drainage when he left. Thank you

Had a visit from Sargeant & Son as they are my landlords appointed contractors. A lady called me straight away after I reported an issue to my Property Managers, to book an appointment to attend the leak. A gentleman then came to look at my, at the time, supposedly leaking washing machine (turned in to a more severe situation due to a neighbours leak!) Nevertheless, he was professional, informative and very helpful. By memory I think his name was Geoff. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs their services :)

We had an issue with our worcester boiler where we had to turn it off as was making odd noises and wasnt great as we have a young disabled chikd too.. I tried various avenues myself to try and fix and then other engineers whom I not get a response from. This then lead me to Mark / his reviews. Mark did respond and did come round even though was very busy. He diagnosed the fault and then returned and repaired the following evening as promised with a fari price. Heating and water have been fine since and Mark came across as open and honest and that's all you can ask for in my book. So based on my first experience with Uxbridge Boikers company I woukd use again and recommend them

Allan was fantastic from start to finish. We had an old heating system in the house with poor pressure. He came around and gave us the various options, pros and cons etc. He knows his stuff and all was very clear. Received a quote with clear breakdown a couple of days later. We chose to change over to a combi boiler and he was able to relocate it too. We swapped over two radiators for better heating of the house. He took away all the old tanks, boiler and fixtures and left the place all neat and tidy. Him and his team turned up on the date agreed and finished the works as expected. My very first contact with Scott Allen was positive and encouraging. I needed 5 radiators replaced, fitted and power flushed. This was all done promptly in a day. The guys were very polite and professional and they cleaned up after they finished. They also took away all the old radiators.
