We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

Excellent service from John, once again! All plumbers will tell you to replace your boiler but John will work his magic and fix it in no time! He's professional, polite and mostly he knows the subject extremely well. Price £700 few years back, £130 this time.

Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

Joe has carried out a number of tasks for me smoothly and efficiently. Boilers and other gas appliances have been tested and certificates issued. A dodgy heating controller has been changed and the cause of persistent water pressure dropping has been identified and fixed. Most recently Joe fitted in a quasi-emergency visit to cap a gas valve (not an emergency because the gas could be turned off at the meter). He navigated the crawl space and capped it under the floorboards - a tidy job. I rate and recommend his services highly

Joe came to fit a new hive thermostat. He’s efficient, calm and easy going and gave me good advice about some other plumbing issues around the home. I’d definitely recommend him to others.
