I called BESA up on the morning and they had a slot in the evening. They came over and finished the compliance certification with 24 hours. Rates were quite fair will use them again. Great job and will use them again!

Overall, Paul provided a professional and personable installation service of the Fusebox (18th edition). Persistent and meticulous in his electrical diagnostics, he was eventually able to locate the faulty wiring, and replace the cables and socket plates. In addition, I was impressed by his post-installation guidance on the monthly testing of surge protection switches. I highly recommend his services.

Called after midnight, with electricity outage in the kitchen effecting my fridge freezer and boiler. Electrician gave me expert advice over the phone and helped me get back up and running. Super service!

I used John annually for the PAT testing at my restaurant. He was punctual and professional and had a great attention to detail, ensuring that all the equipment in the restaurant was completely safe. What impressed me the most was that if a piece of equipment initially failed he would do what ever he could to make it safe and then retest it so that it passed the test rather than just taking the easy option and marking it as failed.

I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

Beautifully installed boiler. Now every time I open the utility door I am happy. Absolutely beautiful. The team stayed till 2 AM in the morning to finish the work, it is unheard of in this country.

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly.
