Aaron did a great job with the light fixtures in my flat. The flat required quite a bit of work and Aaron was very helpful from the get-go. We were seeking a new contractor for a building we manage in South London and came across AKK. After meeting Aaron on-site at one of our properties, we were instantly impressed with his approach – wishing to walk the building with us, note issues we had and issues he identified as an expert. These issues were then priced for, with cost options, and Aaron’s willingness to adhere to our budget ensured we were able to deal with the most important items first, with less pressing issues to follow when the budget allowed. From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. My experience using Certified Electricians was excellent. I had a fast response to my email enquiry regarding a replacement of an existing broken shower unit. The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. The service is prompt, they are always on time and they just do the job in the most efficient and cost effective way.

David did an excellent job of identifying the best spot for our plug and adding it in. I thought it was an excellent touch that the plug socket colour matched the rest of the flat. Will be using them again!

Overall, Paul provided a professional and personable installation service of the Fusebox (18th edition). Persistent and meticulous in his electrical diagnostics, he was eventually able to locate the faulty wiring, and replace the cables and socket plates. In addition, I was impressed by his post-installation guidance on the monthly testing of surge protection switches. I highly recommend his services.

I received a quote of £1,100 and I had been told that my fuse box should be replaced and the earliest time they could do it for me was 8 days after the quote. I contacted RCD and they immediately came and had a look and the engineer told me that he is able to fix the fuse box for £140 and it could be fixed by replacing a part only. The other company either was over-charging me or they did not have enough experience to deal with the matter. I am extremely satisfied by the job they did for me and the reasonableness of their quotation. Thank you

Came round Monday gave me a quote. Installed on Friday going from a very unsafe fuse box with no earth wires connected (first picture) to a fully up to date safe fuse box (second picture). Also installed the new electric cooker moved the failsafe switch to a much safer location and issued a safety certification. Very pleased with the job Milad did, arrived on time and will definitely be using RCD electrical again.

The lads came by in short notice to our restaurant in Crystal Palace, installed and programmed a new state of the art four zone panel and alarms etc. With all of it being fairly priced. Would recommend as tradesmen nowadays can’t be trusted but not these guys. Be sure to ask for Milad!
