Liam came at short notice to fix my electric shower whose wires had started to burn. As I am in the at risk group, he wore a mask throughout the whole time he was on the job. He did a very good job of not only fixing the wires but also tidying old and potentially hazardous earlier connections. He referred me onto his dedicated plumber (his uncle Kevin) for my hot water tank immersion heater, which was not working at all. Kevin who also works for charities like age UK and is used to working with vulnerable customers, assessed the problem fully and advised on best course of action. I highly recommend Liam and his company LEC.

I approached Langley electrical contractors to help with the upgrade of some things in our house in watford. They carried out a new replacement fuse box upgrade, installed wifi points throughout our home and added some rako smart lighting to the kitchen to replace our old outdated lutron system. Liam and his apprentice were amazing start to finish. Everything was done perfectly and to a very high standard. Would definitely use this company again if I have any other electrical issues/upgrades needed in my home.

He was very competitively priced for a well skilled electrcian. He came to move a socket and install two new sockets. Although the installation was quite complex, he took all the time required to identify the best way to wire from the switchboard to the charger, and to make the installation as discreet as possible. He expertly diagnosed the problem, which was not entirely obvious and required some new parts. He fixed it on the spot, and for a very reasonable price. I've used JB Electrical Contractors for over 20 years since I bought my current house. They've done everything from installation of new consumer unit, running cabling for electric cooker, upgrading my garage electrics & installing new lights & sockets, running armoured cabling from garage to power summer house, exterior socket installation and security lights, replacement of internal sockets, fitting of bathroom spotlights, fitting kitchen LED undercounter lighting, fitting ceiling and wall lighting . I might have forgotten a few as I've used Jose and his guys so many times over the years! The latest job was 22nd July 2022 where a faulty socket was replaced and new kitchen wall lights were installed. Without fail the service I've received from Jose and his guys over the years has been consistently excellent. The prices are competitive and quality of the work excellent - never had an issue with any work done. The guys are always polite, respectful of my property, turn up when they say they will and thoroughly clean up after themselves. I'm no electrical expert by any stretch of the imagination and I personally don't touch electrics except for plugging things ...lots of them ... in sockets - I leave that to those who are, but any question I've ever had, no matter how trivial, Jose has taken the time to answer and to fully explain which is much appreciated. JB Electrical were recommended to me by a friend. I had an intermittent problem that was very difficult to understand. JB responded immediately and sent a very pleasant electrician the next day. It took several visits and a great deal of patience for him to determine the issues and rectify them. I found their charges to be very reasonable and will not hesitate to use them in future.

Everything going smoothly at moment. Arrived on date/time to review the best way to rewire and make safe (the wiring is 100 years old). Have received a competitive quote which we've accepted and confirmed date to start the works. Received an email providing more details regarding days to do complete work, movement of furniture , removal of fragile items , vehicle parking permit registration details. So everything seems well organised and ready to go. Will provide a further update once the work has been completed. Work has now been completed and Jose & team have done a wonderful job rewiring the house, plug sockets removed and neat plastic coverings on the old holes. We had some surface trunking done because we didn't want the channelling and parquet flooring taken up. My sister was able to still have electricity and stay in the property while the rewiring was completed. Many thanks Jose and team for all your hard work which was done in a very professional manner.

Byron visited us to help diagnose a fault we've been having with our oven. He was courteous, efficient and communicative throughout explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. He has provided consistently excellent service in the past helping us diagnose a problem with the electrics of our boiler over the phone and assisting in the sourcing and installation of a range hood.
